I have never experienced better…

I have never experienced better customer service from a company. With a very meaningful purpose behind this purchase, Jane was simply amazing updating me and being the most helpful making sure I get my necklace! Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. When our latest order was delayed due to issue with the courrier, the customer service team and Jane took matters in their own hands. Tracked the parcel for us, sent us follow up emails with updates and even checked that we had well received the parcel. A big thank you!
Products of good quality as always, and as expected as we are returning customers.

Love, love love!

I’ve purchased several items and love them all. I adore the flower tag for my kitty. High quality products and the customer service is top notch. My last purchase got lost in the mail and they promptly replaced it. Love supporting small businesses and Pawsome Couture is really special.

Love the products

Love the products. They are so dainty and cute! However, it took nearly 3 weeks for my item to arrive. Despite this, the customer service was exceptional. I was kept updated by one of the team (Jane), who apologised and who was very polite and professional. She also offered me a 30% partial refund as an incentive for the delay in postage. This has made me want to order from here again.

Great Customer Support in the end!

I placed my order on February 23rd. It’s March 1st and I’ve yet to receive any confirmation or tracking info. When I contacted customer service I got an email saying I should receive tracking info “probably tomorrow.” I waited 3 days and reached out again. A different rep responded with the EXACT same email. I’m starting to feel like Pawsome is a scam company and these positive reviews are fake.

UPDATE: my case was escalated and the product was received. Thank you for your help and forgive my earlier frustrations.

I have responded to your email personally on our Helpdesk. I'm very sorry to see you were concerned with your order.

I can see a confirmation email should have been sent to you at 10.08am PST on the 23rd of February, it was sent to the same email used to contact on our Helpdesk.

To explain the timeline: I can see you ordered a necklace with a custom engraving on a Sunday, as these are all done by hand these can take up to the 5 business day processing window after our warehouse re-opens after the weekend.

This window is flagged in our policy: https://www.pawsomecouture.com/pages/shipping-information

I can see that this would bring us up to this weekend (it was ordered on Sunday Feb 23rd so allowing for this window this would mean it was sent out with our batch on Friday.)

Each new email sent to us is opened as a new query on our Helpdesk which is why the same information was relayed to you, I'm very sorry for any confusion caused here. This is the most up to date information we had.

I can see the same rep has responded to your email an hour ago and has reflagged the tracking request with our warehouse as a priority, she also replied to your original ticket with the same information.

I will revert back as soon as the warehouse gets back to me upon re-opening after the weekend and will assist in following the package's journey the whole way.

All reviews on this platform are fully vetted by TrustPilot, any fraudulent reviews would be removed. We have also over 8000 reviews on our own website which are fully vetted and verified by Stamped.

We have been in operation since 2015, all our payments are processed either via PayPal or Stripe Payments (powered by Shopify) for full customer protection.

WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN, AWFUL SHIPPING AND COMMUNICATION

***UPDATE*** - order eventually arrived and refund issued so customer service did sort this out in the end

Ordered on 29 January, it's now 18th February and item still not arrived. Initially I was fobbed off with some excuse about warehousing delays etc.

Tracking with Royal Mail says they're expecting the parcel but it's been like that since 8th February. Contacted customer service saying it's unacceptable but no response. A shame because the products look lovely, but unfortunately I won't be recommending to friends because of the poor shipping experience.

We were indeed closed for our annual warehouse holiday when your order was made in January. It was disclosed on our website on all product pages that orders would not go out until we reopened in February. I'm really sorry if this was not clearer, and for any confusion caused on when your order would be dispatched. There was a slight delay when we reopened as we got through all orders made in this time.

I have checked the location of your package and have also picked up your ticket to explain in further detail the current status. With RoyalMail it regularly only updates for international packages when it has arrived in the final depot hub.

I can also see this was flagged on our Helpdesk for monitoring and I'm very sorry that this was not communicated clearer to you sooner, we absolutely let you down here and I really do apologise.

In the circumstances a refund has been issued to you. I also will personally monitor and ensure safe delivery to you.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service by Jane! I had an issue with the delivery of my package (the courier lost it/was not able to deliver correctly) and Jane helped me by replacing my order and having it delivered with another courier. She followed up with me multiple times as well to keep me updated. The package arrived well and I am very pleased with my order!

Great Customer Support Experience

I was a repeat customer of the Calming Pet Nest for my cat Tuffy because he loved it so much. On my 2nd purchase, there was an issue with it and I reached out to Customer Support to voice my concern. Their response and communication was immediate and continuous. I sent a photo to help explain the issue and they decided that a free replacement would be shipped to me. Due to the Canada Post strike there was delays with the shipping and delivery but the customer support dept stayed in contact with updates on the tracking until it finally arrived.
I believe in customer loyalty, especially with small businesses. I try to support them over big box as much as possible, so I was very happy that Pawsome Couture acknowledged my concern and responded with great customer service in resolving it. To me, this is a trademark of a creditble company. My cat Tuffy is very happy with his new Calming Pet Nest replacement and sleeps peacefully in it every day. Thank you to Maria and the Pawsome Couture team for all your help!

i'm am still waiting for my three…

i'm am still waiting for my three necklaces that I bought for christmas presents back in early December. it said it shipped 14th December and then the tracking number didn't work.
i have now had three different tracking numbers that do not update.
on 5th January i was told the original courier hadn't updated their tracking and a new order would be sent by Australia post - 2 weeks later and this still hasn't arrived and the Australia post tracking number doesn't have any information.
Now (21st January) i've been given another Australia post tracking number which also has no information. i question whether these 5 star ratings on thia site are legitimate as i have no faith in this company delivering its goods.

Happily Replaced

When I first received my order of the paw necklace with an initial for my daughter’s Christmas present, the chain was tangled and I couldn’t get it out. I worked with Kristine and not only did I get a replacement, but it arrived in time for Christmas. My daughter loves it and hadn’t taken it off. She’s had many complements. This is a quality company and I will continue to use them especially because they want you to be happy with your order.

First Class Service & First Class Products

I just have to share that I have experienced the best customer service ever with Pawsome Couture. In delivering a Christmas gift to us for our cat Scully, Kristine and her team went above and beyond to make Christmas happen on time. When my order of a new bed was delayed with the recent mail strike, Kristine followed up. She provided Scully with a bed sent by courier. This sort of service is rare in our world. The quality of toys, the beautiful original jewelry, the lovely cat collars, and the luxurious cozy beds are the highest quality I have experienced in my years of raising pets. The teamwork is truly amazing and the personal responses to each and every email are applauded by me. I simply cannot say enough about the outstanding service I have received.

I recently ordered a necklace from this company for my daughter who lost her very precious cat to cancer. Although we were experiencing a nationwide postal strike, this company and its representative, Jane, were determined to get it to me in a timely and safe manner. Jane kept in contact with me via email, updating the status of my parcels progress. In the end, the parcel was delivered to an alternative address, closer to the main city as I reside in a rural area. The delivery company provided verification by sending a picture of its location. The necklace is exactly as advertised. A gift my daughter loves and appreciates. Thank you, Pawsome!

I selected the wrong delivery method and when I reached out for support, they got back to me very quickly and helped me to get it corrected. I'm really sorry to see we have let you down.

Unfortunately your order has been held up due to the current ongoing Canada Post strikes.

As we usually use Canada Post as our shipping partner we have tried our very best to send your package via an alternative courier. This has significantly impacted our usual shipping timelines. https://www.pawsomecouture.com/pages/shipping-information

This has affected many other businesses who have also had to find alternative methods of shipping and as a result there is immense pressure on the entire postal service in Canada right now.

I can see an agent did advise you of this, explaining the reason why we had to send via an alternative method and apologising for the delays, with a further reply to you yesterday updating you on the most up to date info we have. We have your order flagged for monitoring.

We are absolutely not trying to give a runaround, once the package has left us we cannot control the speed that the courier is able to carry out final delivery, especially in circumstances like this one where there is an ongoing strike with severe pressure on the system at this very busy time of year.

We are seeing packages arrive every day via our courier but it seems yours is one of the few still held up exceptionally long waiting for final processing. I can understand the frustration at this delay and due to the inconvenience caused we have refunded your order for you.

We really are trying our best to get orders as quickly as possible to customers but on occasion such delays which are out of our control do occur and we do apologise again for letting you down.
