Makes payroll and HR easy
Paycom has empowered our company to be able to process payroll quickly and accurately, in a fraction of the time it would take to process manually. Employees appreciate the Paycom app, which gives them full access to their hours, pay, benefits and time off. We recently added benefit integration, file feeds to carrier, and COBRA, which has greatly improved the benefit access for employees and eliminated the need for manual processing of changes as employees are hired and terminated.
In addition, we have greatly benefited from our Client Relations Representative, who has spent numerous hours, in person and remotely, assisting our team with training and utilizing all the modules we have in Paycom, to ensure that we are getting the best return on our investment.

Service experience
My client rep Luke Swafford is really great. I feel since he has been my rep he answers my calls more than any other rep has in the past. He takes care of my issues quickly and is very personable.

I Highly Recommend Paycom
We started using Paycom in 2021. It's a game changer! Before that we were using Quickbooks and calculating our accruals on an Excel spreadsheet. We did have direct deposit for payroll, but mileage reimbursements were calculated by hand. People were keeping mileage logs on paper and submitting them to finance. It was arduous! It was difficult for staff members to know if they were being reimbursed and/or paid properly.
We decided to hire a third-party finance company to manage our accounts, but payroll remains in-house with HR. It was a simple and money-saving transition.
Additionally, Paycom is always a phone call away if there are any questions or problems. Most of the problems we have encountered were simply because we were not sure how to navigate something in the system, but the Paycom reps are always able to solve the problem on a phone call.
From beginning until now it has been one of the best decisions we have made.
