Overall, I’m a fan of Paycom and have appreciated the platform’s capabilities. However, I’ve noticed recently that some of the specialists I’ve interacted with seem uncertain about certain processes.
If a specialist is unsure of something, it would be much more helpful—and reassuring—if they simply said, “I’m not sure, but let me check with my manager and get back to you.” That level of transparency would go a long way in building trust and ensuring accurate support.

My transition Team Tanya and Kirstine are GREAT! They are super responsive, it's like they know all the answers and if I have a question they are an email/text away. They would respond to within 5mins
I really enjoy having the ability for employees to see their and take charge of their information is great. I also like the simplicity of the mobile App. I just wish that I can do more of the setting in the app as administrator. For example be able to see or change/update user management.

While no system is perfect, Paycom is as close to it as I have found and they continually make upgrades to every aspect of their product and modules. Their pricing is competitive and realistic for the services and their customer support is responsive. As a plus, we have a super Client Relations Representative!

Game Changer
Cristina has been amazing and willing to attack any goal we are trying to achieve. If unable to achieve she will always have a plan B ready to go. Paycom system in itself has been a total game change for our admin and most importantly our employees. So happy we decided to move from our old payroll system and be a part of the Paycom team.

Their expertise, patience, and dedication ensured a hassle-free transition, making what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.
Since implementing Paycom, we’ve already saved hours on administrative tasks through automation and streamlined procedures, far surpassing the efficiency of our previous HRIS. We recently made the switch from Paycor to Paycom, and I am very thankful to now be working with an organization who cares about our user experience in their platform. The system has a ton of capability and there is a lot to learn, however, the implementation team has been patient and thorough in helping us through an admittedly tough process.

A fantastic service I log in an out correct my time card request vacation make a budget and much much more so easily very friendly user even for me I hardly know anything about computers I never even once had a problem with paycom so I never had to call customer service paycom is ahead of the game few of my colleagues had to call paycom they basically said the customer service are very friendly very professional and solved the problem very fast and promptly with no issues if I can give paycom 5 star is not enough I should give them 1 million stars

Our original sale deck showed integrations that were not actually capable of. They do not offer a 360 401k integration, they do not have the expense reporting capability we were shared. We also were pitched a stock option benefit, they do not offer this. Additionally historical information does not roll over - job change history, etc.

Great customer service
Great customer service, very responsive to our needs.
Implementation process was very quick and most of the hard work was completed by Paycom rather than ourselves as experienced with previous payroll providers.
Direct one on one assistance with all our payroll needs.
System is easy to navigate and easier than other platforms used in the past.

User Friendly
Paycom is very user-friendly, not just on the employee side but on the client side as well. I love that I am able to figure things out myself. In the event that I am stuck on something, Paycom and their dedicated team of specialists are super helpful and responsive. I have used Paycom for almost 3 years now and every time, I am wowed by the functions they are able to implement. I also really value that they will take suggestions on how to better the platform.
