The airline canceled my tickets over a month ago and I have yet to still receive my refund it’s almost a half day or a whole to get a response from anyone I will never ever use them again and I highly recommend not ! Use there services. I would prefer to walk befor going through them (zero stars )!!!!

My flight was cancelled and refunded on…
My flight was cancelled and refunded on March 22nd. PayLater’s customer service agents keep telling me that there may be a delay in the refund getting to them, but an entire month? I don’t think so. There’s also a 4-10 week processing time of the refund to you after PayLater receives the refund from the airline which is absolutely ridiculous. So in the event you have a cancellation and you want your money back in a timely manner, please do not use PayLater Travel!

Extremely difficult to get in hold of somebody it takes hours to speak with a live agent over chat only! More service for any source of emergency or urgency to help you with your booking no matter how big or small your payment is.

Due to middle east conflict my flight…
Due to middle east conflict my flight has been cancelled a couple of times - with my return journey being with another provider and still scheduled I had Jonna & Keren have been fab - communicating with me re BA cancellation but also about my other flight - as pannicy as I was due to no communnication from BA what so ever until 72 hours prior the case has been resolved. i think PLT is a fantastic way to travel
