Three and more to go
I've booked 3 trips with pay later. The site is user friendly with multiple options to choose from. I've had an incident where I had to cancel. Pay later gave me no problems with part of a refund. I will use them again.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Paylater Travel. I needed to change the date of my flight, and the fee they quoted was actually higher than what I originally paid for the ticket. That alone felt unreasonable, but what made it worse was that when I checked flights on their own website, the same routes were showing at much lower prices than what they were asking me to pay for the change.
It feels misleading and unfair to charge customers such inflated fees when more affordable options are clearly available. The lack of transparency and consistency in pricing has really damaged my trust in this company. I would strongly advise others to double-check prices independently and be cautious when dealing with date changes through this agency.
