One of the most reliable payment processing companies, especially for ecommerce store. A big number of alternative payment methods so i can reach any client. I use it since 2019 and hopefully continue with them forever.

Payment solution is realy good. I've implemented it on my e-store, everything great and without any delay!

Beware from Payop.com because of the misused documents. I verified my account with my government-issued id and Bank statement almost 6-months ago during my 1st project applying but unfortunately they rejected my project because they did not support the forex signal-related business model and said "Should this change in the future, we would be happy to reconsider your application."

Today I apply 2nd project little similar service. But they again rejected. One thing I noted they said, "we were unable to review your project as you did not verify your merchant profile."

That means our documents not safe with Payop.com. I finally decided to close my account from Payop. Also, one thing notices many reviews have negative for stolen money from balance. Thank God they did not approve my project otherwise I would have got trap.

Not sure why people rate this scum anymore than 1 star. One day you wake up after using their service, and you find that they stole 50% of your money. After a week of messing around, I literally don't have any infos other than my money being taken away for good. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?! At least paypal is giving your money back after they steal it for 6 months, but not payOP. They advertise the stars off the sky, then proceed to fulfill the russian scammer prejudice. Shame on you, really low level of human beings. I believe in karma, and I shall hope that you live the rest of your lifes in poverty, sickness and fear.

Edit: After speaking with them trough customer service for weeks, they just told me to f*** off, now after a 1 star review, they ask for more infos so they can solve my issue trough truspilot! What a joke, seriously. NEVER TRUST THIS WEBSITE, THERE ARE SO MANY BETTER ALTERNATIVES!

Hello, I've been using this web for almost a year, and I've been saving money for holidays and suddenly when I logged in weeks ago I had 0€ on my balance.

When I started using the service it was smooth and I had no problems using it, but for the last three months, payouts were being delayed ( got one 3 weeks after requesting it ) and I though that was an error but I didn't pay much attention to it.

However, problems didn't end, 2 weeks ago when I logged in I was with no balance, notifications, or emails about it.

I didn't know what to do, I've sent many emails to know the reason of the error, but they never answered me.

I'm very upset with their service, what kind of company steals your money and let you with no answer for so long.

I recommend staying away from PayOp, they have lost another customer, I will edit the review if I get any response from them.

Edit: So i've got an e-mail telling me, that MY MONEY was froze because a company that im not related to called PLATIO chargebacked them. I dont understand why that affects MY MONEY instead of the company funds. I hope i can recover my money if not i will open a dispute on court.

Also some positive reviews seems copy pasted, bots or people paid to leave a short review.

DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

ATTENTION TO ALL ENTREPRENEURS. PayOp (payment system) - SCAM. BE CAREFUL payop"com - SCAMMERS AND THEY ARE BANKRUPT. This company illegally embezzled more than 200 000 Russian Rubles from the DOMDARA corporation. Embezzled money belongs to almost 100 people. They promise us more than 48 day, but no action was taken. They always keep writing the same answer “We figure out” or “we are going to ask to our provider”. A few times they set the deadlines, but the issue is still open.
All of this looks like aggregator payop"com just collecting money and soon they going to shut down their activities.
Company DOMDARA will open a court case against the payop@com, just follow our new. Our partners spreading this announcement in all forums, social media and social network. Please spread this information as well and be careful.

Imagine that you just routinely check your financial data. Suddenly you see that all of your money is gone. This horror scenario just happened to us with PayOp.

PayOp just zero'd our balance. Reason: "rejected by acquirer". No prior communication, all of our money on our PayOp account is gone now.

After talking to the support they have told us that PLATIO LIMITED has charged them back multiple times. While this is an issue on PayOp's end and has nothing to do with us or other of their merchants, they are forwarding these charge backs to their customers! Imagine that your money is gone because someone has a dispute with your payment provider.

Here is a statement from them:
"According to our agreement with you we can not be in charge of the funds in this particular situation (it is an extremely rare case when regulated providers going bankrupt / committing fraud / facing difficulties), but we will do our best to protect the interest and business of our clients"

THIS IS A SHADY COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST THEM. FIND ALTERNATIVES.
