I have been using this PSP for 6 months

I have been using this PSP for 6 months
A personal manager is always in touch, support helped me with integration, and withdrawals are always quick and efficient.
There are downsides in the form of not an ideal personal account, but I give them a rate of 4 out of 5.

Fine support

Liked the service, liked the fees (quite loyal compared to some other gateways I don't want to mention, that lost me as their customer due to awful support)

They indirectly called me a liar on Skype…

They indirectly called me a liar on Skype, complaining about a review on trustpilot that I didn't make.

I only asked a question of commission fees and once the matter is over they talk to me again on Skype without requesting it defiantly and then they say "so, it was not your feedback at trustpilot?"

I got angry and just created this account on Trustpilot to put my discontent on it.

However, the rest of the times I have spoken they have answered my questions without problems, but my complaint goes in particular with the person who attended me today, not with PayOp itself.
