I used Paypal because of their buyer…

I used Paypal because of their buyer protection. I was denied the product I paid for and they didn't give me my money back. Now I can't close my account. Don't open an account with them. Wise is much better, Payoneer is worse than Wise but better than Paypal.

DISGUSTED DISGISTED PAYPAL ARE FRAUDSTERS

DISGUSTED . !!!!! NEVERXEVER EVER BUY USING PAYPAL. Tried their 4 paymt installmt for 1st time. They let me know it was safe to use. Seller all in Chinese. Was an AU TRANSACTION- seller charged USD, despite cancelling transaction within 1-2 hrs of card being debited, PayPal paid merchant in full . IGNORED MY INSTRUCTIONS NOT TO PROCEED. Goods never arrived. PayPal say I owe them funds. XXX WILL NEVER EVER USE PAYPAL AGAIN!!! . RIDICULOUS!! Foreign call centres . NO OWNERSHIP. They are supposed to protect consumers THEY DIDNT . DONT DONT USE PAYPAL EVER AGAIN!!! . APPALLED. Fictitious, misleading, dishonest . Won’t contact Merchant and allow SCAM MERCHANTS TO DUPE CUSTOMERS .

Total garbage

They say report a scam or fraud but they never give you that option ..I think they work with scammers I couldn't even phone them . I can see now why ppl give up and never report scams and I can see why scammer laugh at pay pal ..not that secure

Paypal

Paypal allowed a merchant who has an atrocious record to bill me for 8 items when I purchased 2 of the same items. That company operates this way there are many and I mean a lot of poor reviews for that company that show they do this over and over again. Paypal have let me down

Terrible Customer Service!

Terrible customer service.I spent hours on the phone with them since last February and now is almost 1 year that my issue doesn't get fixed. I have some money stuck on my Australian account, the account is limited, anytime I call they keep telling me that they will fix the issue and send me a link for the transfer but nothing happen. I submitted documents, gave them all the possible evidence!
At least tell me the truth that nothing can be done, instead of joking like that I would appreciate it more!

Item received was not as advertised.

I logged a complaint with the seller stating the item received was not the same as the one advertised and their advertising was froudulent. The replies received from the company were unsatisfactory so I excellerated the claim with PayPal and within a few days the full refund was being processed into my account. Thank you PayPal!!

I ordered a 128 gb SD card from…

I ordered a 128 gb SD card from AliExpress and paid via paypal. When checking the card with free software H2test2 it showed as only 7.5 gb being ok out of the 128gb. I raised this issue with paypal but finally said I had no case. They refused to refund me the money. People should stop using paypal as they have no guarantee that they will be compensated if they get fake products. I am taking this to the NSW Fair Trading or to an ombudsman looking into this PAYPAL HAS TO BE STOPPED !!!!

PayPal whole advertisement for using…

PayPal whole advertisement for using them is that you are protected from fraud and they will recoup for you in advent of it. IT IS A LIE!! if you read their microscopic fine print it now tells you that you are liable for being frauded. Do not trust or use if you don't have to. There are better ways to protect yourself as PayPal is now only made it easy for fraudsters to steal your money and details.

Disgusting service and communication. Give PayPal the big heave hoeDisgusting. They are now facilitating businesses ripping off consumers. The service staff don’t appear to look at the evidence provided or simply don’t understand it. For example, pillows were claimed to ease neck pain, they didn’t. PayPal denied the claim. The original company, of course, can’t be contacted so couldn’t claim 30 day money back guarantee. PayPal, that’s facilitating your clients lying and ripping off consumers. 2nd example, case was closed because I didn’t provide evidence of return shipping - nonsense the exact evidence you asked for was attached to the case. Time to give PayPal the big heave ho.

Absolutely disgusted with paypal my…

Absolutely disgusted with paypal my Mother has just been scammed out of $2500 from someone that pretended to be upgrading her Nbn. She thought it was all above board they went into her account took 5 transactions out without her authorisation and you can see it isn't her that did it as each transaction was taken out one by one straight after each other. She has used paypal for years and now they say the paypal protection doesn't cover her so disgusting what's the point in using paypal then if your not covered.

Never buy online without PayPal

PayPal is awesome!
Not for the first time I have been able to get a refund on something purchased online that was never delivered on. I never pay for anything online without it.

Like pulling teeth.

Gettng yor refund from PayPal is like pulling teeth in slow motion without anesthesia. True lack of customer service when questions arise. And even if they do finally process your refund and credit it to your PayPal balance (still waiting on that part 😡) there's a fee if you want to (maybe, if you're lucky) transfer the funds into your bank account the same day.

Paypal have changed

Paypal have changed. They no longer are a safety net for purchasers. In disputes they seem to always act in the interests of the party that is of most benefit to paypal. Justice is not a factor, it seems. I had a dispute with a supplier, lodged a complaint at the resolution center, They kept putting forward the resolution date, finally ruling against me, when I complained, I could absolutely not get any response. There is no person ever available to explain things to, its all automated. They have blocked me closing my account until I formally accept their ruling, which in all conscience, I cant. Just use your credit card and save their fee because paypal wont support you, in my experience.

I used to believe and trust pay pal, that is until I had so called deposits into my account, first it was $280.from a so called depoister so I payed it, thinking it would be the last, next thing they wanted more money, it was over$10000, r u kidding me, so went higher, they said case was closed had to pay up, went higher, am hoping to have a better outcome, after this I will not trust Paypal, is their another place?

what a scam!!!

I have had a PayPal account for around 4 years already, but I don't use it at all. Today, when I want to try to use it to buy something, I try to update my profile. The PayPal company was sent "can no longer use PayPal account." I was looking for a solution, so I called customer service to see what I lacked. and the customer service was said to have excessive risk involved in doing business. but I didn't use PayPal before; there is no transaction history, and I don't have business. The customer service agent today is Rom. She just told me my account has excessive risk involved, and they cannot do anything. I asked her, does any documentation I miss it or because of other reasons? but she didn't tell me what was going on and only said there was excessive risk involved. I am trying to know what kind of excessive risk is involved. What happened to this issue? but she just cannot give me any answers and just says she cannot help it. All right, if the PayPal company permanently limits my account and all my documentation is there, I will only ask to close my account. but she also said she cannot close the account as well. I kept wondering why this would happen, and if I was missing anything they needed. but they keep giving no reason. We've been chatting about this for about an hour and have received no response. They are keeping my documentation and have just permanently limited my account. I was very angry because there is no reason why, after I updated my documentation, they permanently limited my account, and I cannot close my account.

I disputed an obviously fake payment to…

I disputed an obviously fake payment to PAYPAL, they were supplied with clear evidence of the scam, which has effect many many people since 2018 they still won't accept my payment dispute. I can not find any correspondence whatsoever to suggest they have even investigated the problem. This needs to be resolved ASAP. I'm speaking to my attorney because I've been hospitalised as a result of that missing money.
