I used Zilch for a few months and…
I used Zilch for a few months and initially my experience was positive. However I had two incorrect charges put on my account which I disputed - but zilch did nothing to correct them. 13 emails and 4 phone calls later and absolutely nothing has been resolved. As previously mentioned by a significant number of customers - Zilch’s customer service when dealing with problems is totally ineffective. The banking ombudsman is now investigating their practices.

It’s a great idea and great app which I use almost daily.
Big downsides are having to open a credit facility which has a laughable credit limit which is absolutely useless to me. I have cards with a 30k limit and all they could offer was a £200 limit. I’d far rather just open up a rewards account with no credit facilities until they get more serous about it.
The last thing is their customer service unfortunately don’t see to be very knowledgeable. I had a transaction declined and when I asked why they couldn’t give me a straight answer, so they obviously just didn’t know the answer and wasted my time. So in the end they never gave me a straight answer which left me confused.

I bought something from your app and both the time I charged your fee but my concern is both the transactions I paid same day to your app than you app should wave my fee in my paid account. Very poor policy against genuine customers.
