Short of one star only because i couldnt get anyone on the customer service hotline when i called previously. Otherwise, the ordering on your website was easy, and delivery was super fast! Very responsible and good attitude of the delivery person too. Thumbs up to that!

Website is terribly outdated. I need to email customer service to create a VIP online account (why? Don't you have my details when I shop at your retail store?), also need special code for birthday discount (have to email customer service to get it) even though I've provided my personal details including birthday upon account creation, and then you need the staff to "activate the birthday month user for the account" before you can actually use the promo code. Please upgrade your system so that your staff don't need to do such non value added work.

Prompt international order processing
Have bought from Pazzion both online and in-store many times over the years and I'm always satisfied with the quality and designs of their shoes.
This time is for my little nieces overseas and the items were shipped out one day after order. Very prompt and efficient handling of international order.
I'm only quite bummed because of the fact that after buying so many shoes from them over many years and this time spending almost SGD300 in single transaction, I'm still not entitled to be their member 😅. Only if you spend at least SGD 280 or so without any sales items, then you'd be their VIP member.
