Very bad experience - Watch out before you use

Very bad experience. I bought an item through PC Componentes more than 2 weeks ago and still have not received it. PC Componentes are not able to help and the seller has been giving illogical updates that are full of lies.

PC Componentes have confirmed that they cannot do anything but request a refund from the seller (who is not cooperative). This make me think: What if the seller is a scammer? What if they send me broken items? How can I sort this out and with whom?

Very bad experience...

We see that it is an order managed by one of our external stores, these days the transport has been requested to make its delivery, but this has not been successful. Finally, the transport has been asked to return it, it is already in process, so we are waiting for it to arrive again at the external store facilities, once they receive it, they will refund the amount.

I got a laptop on black Friday(Lenovo…

I got a laptop on black Friday(Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 15ACH6 ) but because I don't live in Spain I waited like 3 months for my aunt who lives there to deliver it to me, fast forward I installed windows and the laptop seems to work great, but I realized that I don't really need it, so know I don't know what to do with it and would prefer to return it. 9/10 the store is Great

be careful with prices

I had built computer with them before and today i had a problem with them: today i asked the support team to explore the upgrade of my graphics card going from 2070 to 3070. after talking to support team and asking them for the upgrade advice the price of the card on their website went up to 15% or the original price. do i feel great? no i dont. would i recommend this company - i probably would but never ask them about the upgrades or prices beforehand, do your research yourself

Update: nope it was not discounted product. It was full price price card which went "suddenly" in price up

Update: team is very responsive and genuinely trying to help you.

No Delivery No Refund

I paid a lot of money for an Item and for shipping, the seller did not provide the correct tracking details. The delivery did not arrive when it should have, so I requested a refund and did not receive the package. It has been 7 days, I still do not know what happened to the package because I dont have tracking details and Pccomponentes say I must wait for the terrible seller to confirm receipt of the package, maybe I will wait forever because this seller doesnt say anything, and I still do not have a refund. Awful service from both the seller and Pccomponentes who are refusing to provide me with a solution to the problem. I will be forced to contact my bank and submit a request for a chargeback.

I bought an iPad, I got sent cheap headphones!

Very disappointed with this company, my order have been messed up so many times. Firstly, they did not deliver on the date promised and there was a delay of 4 days. Once they finally delivered my item it was the wrong one!

I ordered an iPad and I was sent cheap headphones! This was supposed to be a gift for Xmas, now I dont have a gift to give, no resolution or for my item to be delivered in time for Xmas. Will not be ordering from them again.

When are you bringing back shipping to europe?

I have ordered here before and most of the time never had problem with either RMA or shipping. Since like what 1 year ago you guys stopped sending to europe :(

Bring shipping to europe back for everyone sake or at least companies? Would love to order again sometime.

Oh I did have one problem with RMA where case came damaged via shipping, sent it back after 25 days of not opening and well I got blamed for the damages. No refund or replacement were given ... never happend again after tho.

TO qualify my previous negative review after much discussion and forced escalation to resolve a simple statement of fact ( IE who was responsible), The Customer Service team at PcComponentes took over the management of the issue and seemed to have conducted a process review, the outcome has been very good, and I would like to thank the excellent levels of service Ethos and Fast response and Professionalism shown by Nerea C, Maria S, and Luis H, a credit to this company, !! this has resulted in a satisfactory conclusion to my issue, and more importantly my view of PcComponentes re established as an excellent company to do business with,!! Choose parts of computer to mount is a good deal

I bought the parts isolated of the computer and ask them to mount and the process took a week more or less and they were informing me about all the steps while they were getting done this made me feel more secure about the purchase being well handled. The delivery was 1 day late but nothing disturbing. Really recommend.

Good product, dishonest practices

I recently bought a gaming laptop through PcComponentes and, even though I am happy with the product and with the delivery time, I have to give this company a negative opinion because of a couple of dishonest practices.

First of all, the computer was bought from their Portuguese webpage with a Portuguese address and the laptop came with a Spanish keyboard layout without any mention of it on the computer specifications or during checkout. They also offered and charged for a neutral packaging and then sent the product on its original box.

I contacted support twice voicing my concerns and was told neutral packaging was not used for this product type (although they were more than willing to charge for it) and that I should have searched specifically for pt laptops.

In the end I got the impression that I was the one doing something wrong.

Ordered food processor. After three days I have received a vacuum cleaner. Called them, they asked me for photos, which I did. They apologised and they have assured me the transport company will collected back again in the next day or so. It took them 14 days to collect and they have refused to send me my order until they receive the wrong package back again.

Now they are saying to refund the money it will take 4-7 working days.

They kept promising me that the wrong order will be collected and this kept happening for 2weeks. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

The service is perfect!

The service is perfect. I ordered Samsung SSD in the afternoon from Gijon (Asturias) and tomorrow in the morning I received it. It even did not take 24 hours. Before purchasing, I contacted via chat service and it was also great. They answered all my questions. The support center even checked if the SSD that I was purchasing was compatible with my laptop or not. They can assist in English without any problems.
I strongly recommend the PcComponentes.

no customer care…

bought a fridge freezer which came promptly and packaged with no tears etc
unpacked and noticed small indents on both sides by freezer section. very difficult to take photos, and not really noticeable in certain lights ( one side only on view )
tried to inform company via email, whatsapp but not received a reply
im happy with item, but not with company who it seems dont rate customer satisfaction
company replied 2 YEARS later ?????????

Amazing company; read my story below.I love my new pc; superservice as well.

Amazing company. Ordered a custom to build pc, but the case wouldn't fit my configuration they told me. I then had a phonecall with them that took more than 1,5 hour to choose another case that I liked. They were super patient and spoke to me in english. The pc was then delivered less than 2 days later, amazing! When the pc arrived, i opened the case and the glass fell out and broke because I was not careful. When i contacted them they were super friendly and sent me a new glass free of charge !!! wow ! and on top of that their prices are the best on the spanish market ! i would recommend EVERYONE in the market for a pc or a computer component to buy from them, as I surely will in the future.

I'm going to risk and say that…

I'm going to risk and say that PCcomponentes is the best Iberian tech store we have.

I've bought laptops, tvs and peripherals and everything went in a smooth and quick transaction.

Every single issue I had, it was solved right away, no hassles.

Even in price tracking, after buying an item it became cheaper, they refunded the difference. (The product in question was still within the exchange period)
