NEVER AGAIN

1. I ordered a product from this store.

2. The product arrived broken - a small cut in the side plastic, clearly visible and inappropriate for an allegedly sealed product. And I'm not even going to assume that the defective product was sent with the store's knowledge. Let's assume it's something that happens, it's normal.

3. I started the return process. Terrible process, confusing, not very informative and, in the end, we don't know what to do. Which took me to the next step. Try talking to an assistant.

4. I tried to speak (in Portuguese) to the assistant, who spoke only Spanish. In other words, he didn't "know" what anything I said meant - the Portuguese language uses many hieroglyphs, perhaps. Nothing new, the assistant said he didn't understand what I was saying and I used Google Translate. After half an hour of this linguistic impasse, the text in Spanish appeared - curiously similar to what I had written until then, in Portuguese. The assistant already understood everything.

5. I was informed that my photos were not used as evidence to evaluate the condition of the product - it seemed fair to me, after all there may be a lot of lying people out there WHO SAY ONE THING AND TURN OUT ANOTHER. However, I wanted to know how to send the product for free so that they could deliver the product to me as it should be.

6. I was informed that, for Portugal, there are no free returns - contrary to what they advertise on their website and so proudly advertise. I was informed, arrogantly and after a struggle between a confusing returns system and a linguistic problem, that in order to get the product I paid for, I would have to pay (again) for shipping to this company.

7. I can't imagine how much I have to pay for shipping, but judging by the size of the product, it must be the equivalent of half another new product.

A shame. Never again.

Amazing customer service

They delivered everything when expected, you can even choose the date you want to receive the package and they will give it to you. On top of that if prices go down and you talk to support they will refund you the difference

pésimo servicio al cliente

Me vendieron equipo reacondicionado averiado (una CPU). He iniciado la devolución del artículo hace aproximadamente un mes. Al principio me dijeron que iba a haber una recogida y concertaron una fecha para ello.
La recogida del artículo nunca sucedió y desde ese día PcComponentes me ha estado ignorando y prometiendo resolver esto durante las últimas 3 semanas. Obtendría respuestas genéricas similares de diferentes personas en su chat, diciendo que "me actualizarán cuando haya información".
Incluso me ofrecí a dejar mi compra en una oficina de correos local, y no me dieron respuesta.

Les he comprado equipos antes, pero teniendo en cuenta una asistencia tan endeble, estoy perdiendo mi confianza en esta tienda.

English: They sold me broken refurbished equipment(a CPU). I have initiated the return of the item about a month ago. At first they told me that there is going to be a pick up and arranged a date for it.
The pick up of the item never happened and since that day PcComponentes have been ignoring and feeding me with promises to solve this for past 3 weeks now. I would get similar  generic answers from different people in their chat, saying that "they will update me when there is information".
I have even offered to drop my purchase off at a local postal office, and on that they gave no answer.

I have purchased equipment from them before, but considering such flimsy assistance, I am losing my trust towards this store.

Gone to kaka since they preferred being…

Gone to crap since they preferred being a marketplace. They don't stock basic components, you've got to be super careful to check from whom you're buying and they can't cope with the customer support since they opened themselves up to all and sundry selling under their domain. Avoid unless it's literally something you can't get elsewhere (i.e., nothing).

So incompetent

Si incompetent, they have send me the wrong pc twice, it is almost 2 weeks now since I buy a new computer and these people only can tell me that the pc is in their workshop, why do you keep it in your workshop there is something wrong, is it broken? If this is the case I am not buying an used or reconditioned item, I am buying a new pc. The transparency with the customer is the worst. This is a joke for them it seems like.

Totall shythole. Instead of giving out refunds for bad quality broken stuff they just resend you same ~shytquality stuff even when you ask for refund and are eligible for one.

It is advertising in Portugal and…

It is advertising in Portugal and coming from spain. I was about to spunk 900 euro on this website untill i stumbled upon Trustpilot. I'm not doing it. The few people who do seem to have a good experience do not overcome the few bad ones. I think customer service or having actual products on stock is the thing that holds me back. Anyone else does have some sort of proof that this business is legitimate?

PC Componentes doesn't share the keyboard layout info

I have no idea why PC Componentes does not publish the specification of the layout keyboard. You can't find this info in MSI notebooks. You don't know if the keyboard has a Spanish layout (es-ES), US English, etc. Also, you can't figure out if it is possible to customize the notebook (like asking for a change of keyboard layout).

Also, what is bad is that the site content administrators don't answer questions posted by visitors.

So you may find questions there without an answer for a long time.

I guess they just don't care or have reduced staff. If they want to stand out, they should become more transparent in their product descriptions and answer all visitor questions posted on the site.
