Got a GREAT price for an older version of Office. Better than anywhere else. Needed a little installation help and the on-line support helped me work it out. Very happy I now have a "real" version of Outlook and not the "app" version.

This was my 3rd purchase. The first 2 went perfectly. This last one gave a lot of trouble due to windows making it hard to update from windows 7 on a very old PC to windows 10. The support crew responded in a timely way and eventually found a fix that made my old computer able to download the new windows.

the help on line did not stop until I got the product activated . they stayed with me until I was all set. thanks to the support team!

The representative answered all of my questions and guided me step-by-step through the activation process. Even though I was not able to get the activation done by following the instructions, having someone help me was a good substitution.

Outstanding job of making the download experience easy and understandable. I have purchased this same product from other venders and frankly was extremely disappointed in their customer service.

Through my own fault, I corrupted my boot sw and had to do a full install. I was happy that PC Sales was able to help me restore my MS Office w/o buying a new license... since I had the same HW, it was just a SW issue. I will continue to use your website when we need OS and MS products. Thanks!

Fixed installation

Excellent product! Just be aware that the Windows product keys come from scrapped PCs, and Will need to be activated via phone!

The price was excellent for a Windows product with all that be said about Window (good & some not so good). Product was exactly as represented with very good installation instructions for anyone who needs them. Phone support was also excellent. Everything that a person would hope have in making a purchase!

Very happy with my software purchase.
This was my first time purchasing from PC Sales Online. The price for the Visio Pro was too good to pass up. I had trouble with installation right off the bat. Online chat support was very quick to respond. The installation instructions implied I was going to install MS Office. I already have MS Office 365, I just wanted Visio Pro 2019. I was told by chat support that is just how the installation of the software starts. I then had error messages because I did not fully understand the instructions, my fault for not reading them thoroughly first. I was told by chat support I had to uninstall my Office 365 first then proceed with the install and then reinstall Office 365. I got really nervous now, but the chat support was helpful with the first part.
I uninstalled Office 365 but then when I tried to install Visio Pro an error message that the key was used too many times. Contacted MS and that was not pleasant, got thrown out of the loop and had to start over. I was given another key to use. That one worked, but then the install took longer than I expected (probably my internet provider connection). Now I had to get my Office 365 back. I contacted online chat again and finally told to go to MS store and download my Office 365. That worked! Overall, if I were more computer savvy this would have been a lot less stressful. I am very satisfied with my purchase and with PC Sales Online and their support team.

Product key failed to work the 1st time, I contacted them and they gave me a replacement key and it worked as described., save me a lot$$

Software packages were exactly what I needed, I had an installation issue that was really my own fault, but their support team helped me thru it and also helped with activations, support was outstanding, timely and courteous. Best customer support I have ever had in dealing with a software provider over many years, will definitely look to them in the future.
