An absolute fantastic company to purchase custom pre-built systems. I am absolutely over the moon with my custom build, and it has been configured to the standard I was hoping for to use for graphic design & gaming. Due to having 2 young kids, the convenience of purchasing a pre-built saves a lot of stress & fear of something going wrong (like parts going missing or an accident happening) building my own system at home. Even with the minor amendments I made via email & phone, they were answered and sorted extremely fast with the upmost care. I have been using PC Specialist since 2020 when I bought my first ever PC, and with every new order it’s always been an overwhelmingly positive experience.

Super easy to custom build a PC, full updates along the process including build updates, and very secure delivery.

Faultless from first to last. Very easy to select the exact specification for your needs and cheaper than the competition.

Naturally, when you are looking to spend a large amount on a new PC, you want to look around at various providers and see what they have to offer. The folk at PC Specialist were the only people who took the time to fully read my initial enquiry and answer the points raised. It is not my intention to disparage other manufacturers, but rather highlight that "little bit extra" from PC Specialist. All my queries were answered in full, and I'd like to thank Joshua, Peter and Ethan (I hope I haven't missed anyone out) for their patience and understanding in this regard.

I was able to build my PC to the spec I wanted easily using the options on the menus. I saved my spec as a quote but left it a little too long before updating/using it as an order. A very helpful call to customer support put that right and retrieved my quote which I then turned into an order. I was kept informed of progress all the way through build, quality control and despatch.

I built a PC for my living room to reminisce what the Steam Machine is promising but before it comes out. I had a custom built pc in a small form factor case to fit next to my Xbox and all in all I could not be happier. It runs everything smoothly, it's quick and I have had zero issues in the first few weeks owning it. I've used PC Specialist for my main pc a few years ago and that machine is still going very very strong and I'll continue using them for future PC's.

After reading many reviews and researching PC Specialist as company I decided to purchase a top of the line, custom gaming laptop and had it constructed in February 2023. I spent £2.5k equivalent on a top model laptop with the best specs at the time. It is now April 2026 and I have recently received this same laptop back for the third time after having to send it in for hardware related issues which, each time, rendering the laptop completely inoperable. The first issues included a non functioning webcam and faulty RAM drive and I was told that a new motherboard was needed to resolve the webcam issue. I was initially told that they no longer had motherboards suitable for my laptop but after pointing out that everything was still under warranty, a new motherboard from an “unused” chassis was magically located, installed and sent back to me.

Four months after this, that same motherboard failed, prompting me to send that laptop back again for yet another replacement.

Another 3 months later, several keyboard buttons started to fail, some required additional presses to work at first and eventually resulted in at least a dozen keyboard buttons not functioning. Since I was travelling for work, I eventually sent back the laptop 2 months later and was then required to pay £100+ for a replacement keyboard after sending the laptop back for a third time.

Now for the costs: Since I lived outside of the UK, I paid £60 each time I sent the laptop back via their courier service. Each time, the courier service would arrive to pick up the laptop without the appropriate packaging to transport it securely even after I requested this service which led to more delays. After all fees and taxes that was just shy of £300 extra for issues with an apparent top of the line laptop that was less than three years old. Perhaps I got unlucky with this particular device, perhaps not. Either way, I now have serious doubts about the quality of workmanship from this company. People are paying a premium price for custom equipment and it seems beyond coincidence that the RAM, two motherboards and the keyboard could fail in less than three years. After also having read other reviews on this site where others have had issues, I notice that PC Specialist likes to mention that they will “internally review” various issues. However, I do not see a single reviewer mentioning any results from this process or being contacted directly after. So as the name of this site refers to "trust” I regrettably recommend that you do not place yours in this company and search elsewhere if you are looking to spend hard earned money on a custom setup.

I bought a pre-built gaming PC with Windows 11 Home which was delivered reasonably quickly. In fairness, the courier was partly responsible for the slight delay. In any event, it was simple to unpackage the PC and connect it up to my existing peripherals, without any issues.

Absolutely stunning build. I was given eyes on what it looked like before I even got it with the option to make changes if needed. Great responsive customer support. Everything you want as a nervous buyer.

The online help in choosing which components to assemble was very helpful

I normally build my own PCs but got Pcspecialist to help this time. They built me a machine sub £2000 which is awesome. They tailored it to my specs (and stupid questions) at every stage. As a guide to how good their customer care is - my main email chain with them has 40 responses. They could not have done better. Top job
