The staff at PCSpecialist were great, both before I placed my order and after I received the computer. I'd never bought from them before, and was a bit wary at first. However the whole process was really smooth. I had some questions about the spec before buying, and the phone was answered witin a minute. I ordered a next-day computer and it was delivered safely to my local post office the next day, with no damage . I then had a couple of questions about unpacking and setting it up, and again my phone call was answered immediately. The PCSpecialist tech guy then stayed on the phone while I set everything up. Gret service at a good price.

I am in my late 40s and have never owned a desktop gaming PC, so I had no idea where to start. All I knew was the type of games that I wanted to play. The PC Specialist website allows you to browse custom-built set-ups by game, which helped me land on the specs I needed for the games I wanted to play.

The customisation part was a bit overwhelming, but the website provides handy pop-up info boxes to explain what the various components are and what they do. Then, if there are compatibility issues between components, the website will tell you so and force you to make an alternative selection. I did need to do a little background research on some of the components, but overall the information provided on the site is thorough. As a complete newcomer to PCs, I really appreciated this level of help and detail.

Once I had made my order, the build process was fast (took a few days), and the team kept me updated with regular emails as the PC went through the various stages of build, quality control and then shipping. I had my new PC within a week of ordering.

Overall, an excellent, smooth experience and I'm really enjoying my new PC. I would have no hesitation in recommending PC Specialist to others.

From start to finish, PC Specialist were superb. Regular build updates with photos, communication was great throughout, delivery was prompt and packaging very secure. Set up instructions were easy to follow. Flowchart on website of stages of build was very useful. Order was ready quicker than expected. Overall 10/10, will recommend to friends.

Pc build received in expected timelines, price very acceptable. Clean build.
Few minuses: small
- "pc" tag on sidenel makes the side panel not being flush.
- no pcie riser options in configurator to mount gpu verticaly.
Bigger minus, not deal-breaker.
Usb, COM, connection issues caused by not updated bios.

A easy to follow process for choosing the specification and components both hardware and software. Good communication at each stage of the build and testing. Delivered only after 5 days from order. I had to use their technical support for help installing the MS Office package and they were easy to get hold of and effective in solving the problem

Pc Specialist has the best online configuration site in my opinion, its so easy to spec your pc the way you want it. Everything is clearly laid out. I speced my pc and it was built and send out to me in just 1 week. Very quick and efficient.
The build is very good everything neat and tidy. I would suggest though that PC Specialist try and offer more of a variety of cases to build in though, same with motherboards they are a little limited in choices in that regard. Otherwise I am very happy with their service and products they build.

From start to finish a brilliant service, configured (and reconfigured a few times more) my PC, saved it for a breather and then ordered. My new rig was iny house within 4 days. Arrived in perfect condition with a minimum of setup I was good to go. Highly recommend.

I received a pc and windows failed to start on it after it restarted once i sorted that out there were missing drivers that meant i couldnt connect to the wifi without ethernet cable which also meant i couldnt connect to my phone to put my accounts on the computer but then i contacted customer support and they fixed everything for me everything works perfectly now its very powerful and runs games very nicely

This was my first time purchasing a gaming PC and PC Specialist made it a very easy, intuitive and exciting journey! My friend helped me choose the components online and it was very easy for him to share the link to a drafted build so I could further adapt and customise. The communication throughout the process was excellent, I really enjoyed the updates and the 360° photo was a great touch, it kept me engaged throughout the process. The product was exactly as described, with helpful emails and instructions to get me started. I would absolutely recommend PC Specialist to anyone- thanks for a great service.

I have been planning on getting an upgraded gaming PC for a while, and ended up getting an AMD + 5070 Ti custom configuration. The buying experience was great! I was deciding between PC Specialist and CyberPowerPC, and I was very close to going with CyberPowerPC because their configurator is more transparent and more "modern" looking, but I've been delighted I chose PC Specialist instead. After placing the order, the updates are amazing and keep you excited about the process. After the PC was built, an update was sent out showing a 360° view of it, which is such a nice touch and kept me excited and invested in the experience. When it arrived and was packed very safely (which it needs to be because they use DPD, who have never delivered anything to me without damaging the box) and the set-up instructions are very clear. So far, everything has worked perfectly, and I was so impressed with the experience that I immediately ordered another PC for my wife, which is a gorgeous all-white AMD + 5060 configuration. Both of these PCs have been built with upgradeability in mind, so hopefully I won't be buying another for many years now, but when I do I'll almost certainly be back to PC Specialist!

from one builder to another, these guys know what their doing, ive built my fair few pc's and the work they've done is amazing, if i could nit-pick, id say the cable management could of been handled better and the lightstrip controlled placed in a more accessable spot would of been awesome! but in all the pc is solid and cannot fault it, the things i pointed out are purly optional, not a requirement

Absolutely chuffed, process was fast and simple. I was kept up to date with the acutal build process, and delivery very easily tracked with UPS.

Also the cable tidying was an unexpected pleasant surprise!

Been using PC Specialist since the early 2010s. Just bought my Do provide a decent product and a personable support, if needed. Just took delivery of my 4th machine. No qualms recommending

This is the second time I have used this company, and again I had no issues that were attributable to them. My order was dispatched more quickly than anticipated, with delivery being planned for a Sunday!
DPD, on the other hand, struggled with rearranging delivery on the day I specified.
I used the Custom Build option, which ensured that the PC met my needs.
All the information required to ensure that your new PC or Laptop meets your requirements is available elsewhere. If using the Custom Build option, then I would strongly recommend that you use it.

The computer looks very nice, the cable management is very good.I can finally
twitch stream again and use 3 monitors and play my favourite games with no lag. I'm very happy with my new computer, no complaints.

MY PC failed a cybersecurity audit due to running Win 10 and couldn't be upgraded. We had several projects that needed completing so the ease of product selection, fantastic next day delivery and packaging and the 10 mins from unpacking to using the computer meant very little time was lost.
