Superb customer service!
The customer service from these guys is superb! I had paid for a pdf to excel conversion, however the new excel file would not download. I emailed the customer service team and not even 10 minutes later I received an apology and confirmation that a refund had already been processed. It's not everyday you encounter a company that looks after their customers; I was absolutely chuffed that they, not only dealt with the problem quickly but were also empathetic and did not try to refuse a refund (which, unfortunately, has happened to me in the past with other companies).
Keep up the great work guys, I will definitely be coming back to try your services again. Fingers crossed my file downloads next time!

This is an excellent service
This is an excellent service. I didn’t subscribe to the full version as I really don’t need the service enough, but it was very easy to get what I wanted and then unsubscribe!

Agree with Shelley 5 days ago 15 Feb. hey charge 49p for a conversion that doesn't work then £28.80 few days later cos you haven't cancelled a subscription that you aren't aware of.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
Avoid this company - you pay 0.49p and if you do not cancel the subscription that you didn't sign up for in the first place and didn't know you had they charge £28.80..... I did not set up an account, I do not have a password and yet to cancel they say go onto your account. This seems like a sharp practice and I will be reporting them to trading standards.

Responsive to my issues
A further update - my third and final...having said I wouldn't touch them again, the PDF Centre has redeemed itself by being both concerned that my download did not work and then that I had incurred a subscription I did not want. I used the Contact page to raise the issues I had experienced and got a very speedy response and a commitment to deal with it. They dealt promptly with my issue and have refunded the unwanted subscription. So be aware that if you don't want to subscribe, you should cancel within 48 hours and it is good that they have changed their website in response to my suggestions to make their offer more explicit. On that basis I will try them again.

Highly recommended, excellent customer service
I recently required to use this company to convert a PDF file to Word. I required this as an emergency and was able to easily negotiate the site to do this. Very quick service. Also I required to contact the company regarding an enquiry. I received a rapid personal, not standard, response. Communication was professional and very helpful. Excellent company, would highly recommend.

Awesome website!
Very kind and understanding team. Super helpful in situations and are awesome at what they do.
Their site is very straight forward and simple to use and it gets the job done great for an awesome 48hr deal.
Be sure to read T&Cs.
Would definitely use this site again ♡
Edit: I'd also like to add after reading the other reviews.
Check the website page properly before rushing to convert something. They DO state clearly that after their 48hr trial of 49p that you are to cancel your subscription or you will be transferred onto a £28.80 trial.
Please understand that this is a new website and they are learning as they progress with time.
These people are NOT scammers.
You just need make sure you read before you purchase something so quickly.

BEWARE OF PDF CENTRE
Like other reviewers, I was under the impression that i was going to pay a one off fee of 49p to convert a document to PDF rather than subscribe to a monthly subscription. A few days later an amount of £28.80 was deducted from my debit card. They have cleverly set up this website and ensured the small print is extra small, knowing full well that folks in a rush to convert a single document will not pause and ask themselves if this might be a scam. Customer thinks they are choosing to pay a small amount but instead they put you into a monthly subscription. A simple alert or reminder email 24 hours after making the initial payment would be so much better than this sharp practice. I urge you to find a more reputable and trustworthy organisation. The irony is that I would have used them again had their practices been ethical but will never touch their website again. I shall also ensure that everyone in my workplace is made aware of the PDF centre using our in-house Scam Forum. That's another 750 folks who will be wiser and with a bit of luck the IT manager will issue a full black list alert on these guys as it does give the industry a bad name. Hope all those £28.80s they are raking in are worth it in the long run.
Scam
They don't make it clear throughout the process of uploading the doc, waiting for the email etc that you will be charged £28.80 a few days later. They make it seem like you are paying a one-off fee of 49p and thats it. Only once i saw the statement from my bank that i had been charged and you scroll down to the bottom of their website does it say its a "trial period" just looking to make money from those who are in a rush and needed a document converted quickly. My own fault as should have read it all properly but still annoying that companies like this have no sympathy and keep your money.
Definitely do not recommend using them

Definitely a scam!
I totally agree with the previous review. They are scammers who prey on innocent people. Charging £30 making you think you pay £0.49! Disgraceful!
