having had a misunderstanding with the site. Customer service was quick and responsive. I didn't need the subscription for 1 month and hadn't seen that I was going to subscribe to it, so they decided to reimburse me when they saw that. however the offer is very interesting for a company. I am creating a business and I would not hesitate to subscribe to them when the time is right because the customer service is efficient and understandable, which is not in all companies.

I wanted to convert single pdf file to word and came across this website. I used it once and paid £0.49 for the conversion but I didn’t realise it will automatically sign me up to the one month subscription that cost £28. Therefore this amount was taken from my account. However when I emailed the company they kindly agreed to refund me, which I appreciate. It’s a definitely a lesson for me to read carefully all T&C before giving card details.

I’m still waiting for your response, l accidentally and did understand well the website requirements. Only today I discovered this company deducted £28.80 from my account and I tried login in the pdfcenter account I can’t access it they said they sent me a code in my email to reset l haven’t received any emails yet. So I have been trying to cancel the subscription and I can’t seem to do that. Help me what should I do?

Works fine but very sneaky signing you up for monthly subscription. I hate businesses that operate like this so will avoid in future.

I was in a rush and didn't notice that I'd agreed to a monthly subscription as well! However, once I saw the second payment and queried it, the PDF Centre were good enough to acknowledge my mistake and gave me a refund.

An excellent service as I had not read the small print- my error - and as I didn’t use their services, they kindly refunded me. Well done!

I used this company almost 3 months ago. I paid £0.49 to convert 1 document to pdf, the service did not work. I did not attempt to claim back the £0.49 I paid as I was very busy and stressed trying to sort out passes for my family to enter Thailand (hence the need to convert documents). I chose to put it down as a bad experience. Today I have found that the company has debited £28.80 from my bank! Not clearly marked in the payment area is a note that they will later charge you for a subscription. To be fair to the company they have refunded my money and have taken on board my experience of finding the payment page misleading. Hopfully they will update their site and highlight the subscription charge.

Needed to convert a document ASAP and PDFcentre was super quick and easy to use.

I paid the 49p to transfer something to a pdf file and didn’t realise this meant I’d signed up to a subscription, until I noticed 2 days later £28 had been taken from my account. I managed to get in contact with them and they kindly agreed to refund me and cancel the subscription as they could see I hadn’t actually used the service. I do feel that it isn’t clear that you are in fact signing up for a subscription however they did resolve the issue quickly.

Was incorrectly charged and after reaching out to the company they promptly were able to refund me fully, good customer service and does what it says on the tin no complaints after what could have become a major issue with other companies/sites

Did conversion of one document and was put into a monthly contract for £28.80. Was easy to cancel but still cost over £29 for 1 pdf. Avoid and bewate

I needed to convert a one page .pdf file to a .jpg file and used the PDFCentre service. The service was very good.

I experienced good customer service with PDFCentre. I used the document conversion service but inadvertently subscribed to the monthly subscription. I contacted them and explained what had happened (age related error). My explanation was accepted and the monthly subscription fee was credited to my card account.

Contacted the company and they converted a document for me. Very satisfied until what was a 49p job turned into a £28.80 subscription payment that I had not agreed to in any shape or form. There was no phone number to call and any online contact was not possible because they ask for log in details, which I do not have as I have never signed up with them.
The PDF centre have condescended to provide a partial refund of this subscription charge. For this I am grateful, but their insistence that the organisation is easy to reach is misleading. If an organisation welcomes communications it should provide, on its site, a friendly method of doing so.

Good service. I needed a quick pdf conversion and this was spot on, got it done very quickly.

I converted my JPEG photo to a PDF. It was for my CV, the quality was a tiny tiny bit blurry but could still be read properly
