Thank you for helping me out so…

Thank you for helping me out so promptly and refunding most of the moneywhen I realised I’d signed up for a subscription by mistake. It was my mistake, genuine but you were really quick to respond and understanding of the situation. Much appreciated.

Scammers! Avoid this company

Paid a one off cost of 49p to convert a file and after 2 days they took £28.80 out my account. 3 months later on June 7th they’ve taken another £28.80. I have no subscription with them and aren’t using any services. Money grabbing scammers.

Very kind and considerate customer service

I was charged £28.80, but pdfcentre.io have very kindly promised refund me the full amount in a gesture of goodwill despite the extra cost to themselves. It is the first time this has happened to me so I am very grateful for their considerateness.

As for their services, I only used them one time to convert a pdf to word but it worked perfectly fine. If I ever find that I am in need of their services on a regular basis in the future, I will definitely be using them again based on this experience.
The only thing I would improve is to make the subscription and trial period clearer. Perhaps in big bold letters at the top of the page.
Anyway, as a student who is currently going through quite a lot, I appreciate their thoughtfulness. Faith in humanity restored.

Unethical and fraudulent company

Fraudulent, unethical company. Makes you think you are paying a one-off 49p fee to convert a file quickly, only to automatically subscribe you to their scammy service and charge you £28.80 for a service you’ll likely never even use again! They know what they’re doing and don’t contact you in any way, shape or form to let you know you’ve subscribed, they just take the fee and state it was in their ‘terms and conditions,’ and although is it is technically legal to bury the hidden subscription fee, it is ridiculously unethical therefore no major, genuine companies use this scammy, evil trick as they know nobody reads terms and conditions thoroughly. Disgusting to lure people into a false sense of security!

Too hasty!

In my haste to covert a pdf I did not scroll down to see I was committing to a subscription. I have received a refund after complaining. I am impressed! Claire Simpson

Integrity to its customers at its forefront.

I had occasion recently on behalf of a client to convert a pdf document remotely while away from my personal computer. The PDF Centre was recommended and it proved to be a very quick and efficient service and the document conversion was of an exceptionally high and good quality completely free of errors in either format, punctuation and syntax. What I had not realised was there is a commitment to sign up for a monthly fee that I had not acknowledged. On raising this with the PDF Centre without hesitation they refunded me, pro-rata that element of the fee I had not used. This is unique and indicated to me the integrity with which it manages it customers where reputation and service is paramount. This was a positive and professional experience and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
