I found the service to be straightforward and transparent. Online sign up process was really easy to follow, a lot less complicated than I had experienced previously with another company. Received regular updates via email - they kept me informed throughout the process.
Payment was prompt and quicker than I expected, the entire process took less than 3 weeks.
