As other, I fell for this scammers too.
Ordered a coat from them on Sept 25th and needless to say I haven't received anything and they kept telling me to be patient until no further information about shipment tracking appeared on their so called tracking system.
How can this company still exist and scam so many people without anyone doing anything I don't understand, but there you have it.
As others advised, avoid at all costs!!!

Avoid at all costs,total crooks. Used a false tracking number to convince Paypal the item had been delivered. No coat, and no refund. So many complaints about this company, and their various trading names on Facebook. Paypal need to sort this.

Ordered and paid for on 25th September 2020 a coat. Money taken but no delivery. When I contacted the company they just kept telling me to be patient. I asked for courier details and now they do not have any contact with me. PayPal investigated but then closed the case. Having read the reviews I agree. DO NOT ORDER OR PAY FOR ANYTHING FROM PEEKACHILL IT IS A SCAM.

I ordered a winter coat in September, I'm still waiting... I have contacted them numerous times, they will only say that it's in transit. At some point they actually said they woud refund me my money, only to rescind it. PayPal rejected my claim, because they sent "proof of shipping". The tracking number claims it's been sitting in some depot (who knows where) since Oct 19th.

They're nothing but a bunch of scammers. Sickening. There's a special place in hell for people like this.

I got conned by these. Ordered a coat. I tried to cancel a few hours after ordering as I noticed they had charged me more than they should have, but they wouldn’t let me. It never arrived and the tracking didn’t work. I opened a PayPal case and eventually PayPal closed it in their favour as they said the seller has provided proof of delivery. The tracking that gave PayPal was different to the tracking they gave me. I contacted Royal Mail to provide more details & the tracking number wasn’t for my address. I rang PayPal who said they would reopen the case and get back to me. Within an hour the money had been refunded! DO NOT GIVE UP ON PAYPAL! PLEASE KEEP ON AT THEM!

just another fool to be conned by this seller, ordered in october and to this day nothing received. been through paypal resolution centre but because seller somehow managed to show tracking evidence that makes out item was sent and delivered my claim has been denied, nothing has been delivered to my address and no note to say delivery was attempted (like most couriers leave) ... Wish i'd read reviews before ordering. DO NOT USE THIS SELLER

Agree with what everyone has already said. Should have looked on here sooner! PayPal have accepted the company’s “proof” of delivery of the coat, even though I also proved that Royal Mail didn’t have the correct address. They took the company’s fake word over mine, and won’t give me my money back. Lesson learnt!!

I challenged my dispute with paypal and they overturned it and refunded the money. I sent a link to these reviews and others so am hoping they looked into it and saw that they were scammers! Keep reporting them - it will be the only way they are stopped.

Agree with what everybody else has already written -ordered coat on 27th August 2020 still waiting, we have all been scammed? Why are the UK Government allowing this Chinese company to continue scamming us, Facebook need to remove from their website?

They send presumably an empty box to a location near to your address (but not your address) so that when you file a claim with paypal it is rejected as they supply a tracking link showing delivered.

It doesn't matter that there is no confirmation of the delivery address.

Complete scam take your money and so many excuses for non delivery then they completely ignore you. I ordered in August and like many others it was lost another sent nothing arrived. Initially they said be patient!!!! Then completely ignored me. I think the only way forward is to report a fraudulent website

PLEASE DONT WAST YOUR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS SITE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU NEVER SEE ANYTHING FOR IT.

Again, as echoed from others, this site are Complete scam artists.... bloody fuming for being fobbed off. It’s been 3 months, still waiting but have resigned myself to the fact I’ll never receive the products. Do not buy from this company.

Wish I’d seen this before ordering wife’s coat in Sept, never arrived, tacking number won’t work and endless replies saying same thing, wait a few days. A total scam and disgrace that FB still allows it to advertise.

Same has happened to me, ordered item in September and still has not arrived. Contacted them, said wrong tracking number given but it was on way!! Avoid this site at all cost

I ordered a coat for 37,99 plus 7.99 tax 27.09. Still didn't get my parcel. Tracking number is wrong. I got the same messages,...we check your order... Avoid!!!!!!

I ordered a coat for 37.99 on 24 Sep 2020. They sent me 'tracking information' and after two months of this still being in China (apparently) and the update was on 23 Oct 2020. I filed a complaint with Paypal. They said to communicate with the seller through the dispute process which I did and they guaranteed that it was on it's way. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and left it. Paypal sent me reminders to escalate the dispute but I figured I would give them more time. Since I did not act on the dispute Paypal closed it and the message appeared 'you cannot dispute this again' which I did not know happened. It is now 16 Dec 2020 and I have emailed the company 3 times since the Paypal dispute and despite having previously been communicative with their emails, they are now ignoring me. I feel like I've lost my money and neither they or Paypal will help me. I'm going to keep trying through other means! SCAMMERS.

As others have said - purchased a coat in September and it never arrived. Raised a claim through PayPal and they gave them different tracking details so the case was declined. Complete scam - avoid at all costs!

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. I ordered some boots in Sept, they said they had been delivered to wrong address & another pair would be sent. Every time I message they say another pair will be sent. It is disgusting that fb let them advertise. I paid with my bank card so going to ask the bank if there is anything they can do but doubt it this is SO WRONG!
