Ordered a coat in September still not arrived. PayPal won't help they say as a tracking number has been given it will be delivered. Status on tracking site says returned to sender unable to import.
I have tried to contact them and now can get no response
Don't order from them. Facebook remove from the site

1 star is more than they deserve but only way you can leave feedback .
Disgusting that its been months and have not received my order.

Ordered July .. DEC...goods never received ..paypal wont refund as they provided a bogus tracking number and say its been delivered (twice) then say sent to wrong address... please DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ..it is a scam..

Hi Im Hazel Cunningham and I ordered my coat from Peekachill through paypal on 30th Sept My husband kept following the tracking of this coat and one day it was 300 miles away and the next day 3000 miles away ;;I staretd to realise this firm might be a scam when they insisted my coat eas delivered a month later by post office at a certain time We informed the company that I had not recieved it and they took no noti e so we then informed paypal and they said they would look into it Paypal got back to us and just agreed with Perkachill it was deliverd on that date I am really angry about this and do I now havve to accept Ive been scammed by this firm ????

Have never received the item to this date as it was delivered to the wrong address due to the seller detailing the incorrect postcode on the package. Not sure where the seller got the address from as it's not detailed on Paypal account. The courier firm (Royal Mail) admitted it was delivered to a different address because of the different postcode after providing them with the tracking number. When brought to the attention of Paypal advisors they wasn't interested with further proof to support our claim therfore closed the case resulting in me losing the funds. Regardless if the seller has apparent valid proof of delivery as Paypal claim, it was to the wrong address as identified by the seller therefore the seller is at fault and we should of been entitled to a full refund. As stated on your paypal user agreement to establish proof of delivery for physical goods the seller must provide 'An address for the recipient that matches the shipping address on the transaction details page'. This they never had! I feel severely let down by Paypal and its so called buyers protection rights and disgusted with the level of service received. Looking to now pursue further through Financial Ombudsman Service for full refund.

Be warned! Peekachill site is a SCAM! I have experienced all the problems everyone else mentions in the reviews.
PayPal have also proved useless as they take the suppliers side. I will no longer use them for any transactions! Coincidently this week there was an article in The Times newspaper regarding bad experiences with PayPal ! I was shocked to find there is no way to appeal on website! So money is lost. Scammers like Peekacill have obviously not been vetted by PayPal and neither is PayPal taking any notice of the amount of complaints they have had regarding this company.

Disgusting scam - ordered back in August, no sign of deliver but some bot replies; finally promised a refund in early November but no sign of that either, and they've stopped replying to my emails. Can't find contact details to take complaint further. Sorry for everyone else but glad it isn't just me

Horrendous and appalled to read that so many others have experienced the same scam. Ordered in August and no delivery. Repeatedly asked for a refund and just been fobbed off. It's December now and they've stopped replying to my emails.

Absolutely disgusted with this scam of a website! I ordered a coat back in September. Kept checking tracking and was showing me in transit, when I checked again a few weeks later, it stopped at a certain date. So I emailed them to ask where it is, they said it was stuck at the airport and would get info. They kept fobbing me off with similar emails, please be patient we have urged shipping company for updates. To this point I knew there was something dodgy so I asked for a refund and got the same ridiculous email. I then googled this company and was horrified to read the bad reviews! I found the payment through PayPal and wrote a massive complaint including screenshots of emails to show i hadn't received anything. Within 5mins, I got an email telling me they had refunded my money. It was only 45 quid but like someone said it's the principle and they shouldn't get away with it! Don't give up people!

This is a scam company, you will never get the item you ordered but they will tell you that it has been delivered when it clearly hasn't. They're disgusting scammers, do NOT buy from them!!

Ordered on 2/9/20, to date order still not received. PayPal have once again supported the scammers that this company is.

This company is a scam!! Do not buy from them. The name that appears on my statement is “Aiytech wanchai hkg” which also if researched comes back as internet scammer. I feel so stupid for not researching before buying from them.
If you email them they just continually tell you the item has been dispatched and to be patient then it was stuck at customs and dispatched again. I continually asked what shipping company they use but they can’t tell you.. because there is none. I’ve now been waiting 17 weeks and tried to get a refund which I know I won’t get.
The very few positive reviews on this site are also fake, they are all done on the same date and with the same grammar/wording.

I didn't even want to give 1 star they are so bad - like so many other people I have had the dame experience - my order supposedly delivered to the wrong address, then numerous email replies to mine saying stuck in customs, no tracking info, Covid etc. Having read other people's reviews I am now going to get in touch with my bank to see if there is anything i can do. DO NOT BUY FORM THIS COMPANY

The same happening with my order.... they contacting me and telling that my parcel was delivered..then they sped up my shipping.... then wrong adress.... they dont want give back the money.. we should to report it in rhe police...

I'd rather not even give them one star. I'm kicking myself for not checking them before buying. Like many others I ordered a coat beginning of September, its now mid December. First they said it had been delivered to the wrong address, then they said it was leaving China. If I could have a pound for everytime they told me to be patient, I would have recouped my money by now. They then said it had been delivered (it hasn't) since then I get an automated response that the office is closed. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES.

These people are scammers, the best thing to do if you have paid with a visa debit card for an item you never received ; highlight this with your bank and let them know that you are in dispute with the company, also let them know that this company is based on Fraudulent behaviour. Visa Company will investigate and try to get your money back.
