This way, Pelletteria Veneta can offer customer satisfaction for a vast and varied customers base, according to age, nationality and tastes, by producing leather handbags that are beautiful comfortable and durable. All leathers are naturally dyed and all textures are original: sauvage leather, printed chamois, grainy calf leather or washed lambskin all helped by elegant design and meticulous handcraft sum up to a unique product, safe from the passing of time and never outdated.

I have not yet received my parcel. GLS appear to be trying to deliver to the wrong address. They seem to have the address:
Via Cavour 203, Bardello.
This is incomplete.
My correct address, which you have on the order and invoice is:
Via Cavour 203, localita Malgesso, Bardello con Malgesso e Bregano.
There is more than one via Cavour.
I seems your shipping agent is too lazy to put in the full address.
Please will you advise the courier.

I found and tried on the sandals in one of your Venice stores but unfortunately didn't buy them on the spot. So I searched and ordered online.
Only a few days later the parcel was delivered (to Austria), and I am very happy about the fast delivery as well as the beautiful sandals.

I think they have beautiful bags
I think they have beautiful bags. Unfortunately in my case the bag I ordered was missing, the colour was missing. But I have to say that the customer service is very good. I was contacted immediately and everything was solved in a short time. They deserve five stars for that.
I hope that in the future I can buy another bag from them in the colour I like.

Beautiful bag and super fast delivery from Italy to UK

One product was not in stock anymore and I received a personalised messages reviewing my options and then we agreed on another product. Delivery to Austria from Italy through the online shop was rather expensive but very, very quick.
