They have a wide selection on their website and I appreciate the extras such as personalised staff recommendations. Orders are usually sent quickly and the postal options and prices to Finland are pretty much the same as if I was ordering within Finland. I have two small gripes - I sometimes use a vpn and have noticed that when the website doesn't realise that I am in Finland, the prices are slightly lower. I am sure that there is a genuine reason for Finns paying more but it's still disappointing to realise. The other minor gripe is that certain leading brands are not offered and their exclusion is a bit of a head scratcher. But I will continue to use the shop because they are quick, most of what I want is stocked and shipping is reasonable and uncomplicated.

Shocking company, responded to emails before I asked for a refund, soon as I asked for a refund I didn’t hear from them. 04april to 20april is ridiculous delivery times. Even china has better delivery speeds. £6.10 I paid for delivery and it’s a shambles. May I also point out the man who has a big gap is a total abomination, quoting £20 fees as if we are in some type of contract, I wanted a ball roll pen not a formal contract. I would avoid unless you’re from Sweden, man with big nose is a liability to the company, also lose the different domains in servers countries as they are clearly annoying to customers expecting a 3 day delivery service but instead are met with a 30 day wait, and a formal contract too, don’t forget that formal contract you sign when you buy a ball point pen or some rubber putty, absolutely sensational.

Everything was good and support was grear

At first I liked the Lamy AL-star pen, but when I attached the pen to my journal from its pin, the cap’s screw broke so that it can not be properly put tightly back in its place. This causes the ink to dry.

What am I paying for?

My pen has been in use less than a month. I have studied with it a couple of times. Now the ink is already dry. What am I paying for? When I opened the pen I could see that there has been only approximately 1cm length of ink inside from the start. You can clearly see it and I have a photo of it

My Frixion clicker doesn't need friction to be erased because it doesn't have anything to erase begin with.

I ordered a Christmas calendar and it arrived quickly and in tact. I was very excited for this purchase. I wanted to get two last year and get the free coloring book that came with it but I waited too late and was not able to get one so this year I made sure I got it on time.
