Packing always terrible
Single colored pencils are not packed well, they’ve arrived in the cardboard box without any packing material or in a simple paper bag, I’ve had this happen many times. Unbelievable from a store that specializes in pens. I have had a number of colored pencils ruined because the core has been completely broken from being thrown around during shipping. I advice not to buy single pencils or colored pencils at penstore, or any pencils really. I’ve also received paper pads that have been carelessly shoved into boxes and have been dented.
