It was easy to navigate through the application and the exam support representative was excellent.

Whilst the exam itself was okay, I didn’t quite appreciate the amount of room preparation required for the proctoring process. It sounded quite different from the experiences colleagues have shared with me, so it seems there isn’t a particularly consistent standard being applied.
I am also curious about the cost of obtaining a paper copy of the certificate. Having already paid for the course and exam, it feels excessive to be charged an additional £52 for a printed certificate. At that price, one might reasonably wonder whether it’s gold-plated! While I understand there may be administrative and production costs involved, the fee does seem disproportionately high given the overall investment already made.
The new Web Base Engine is Accessible and having done a half dozen or so exams on the new platform it is certainly better for visual use than ExamShield was. Materials are downloadable (as .pdf or on Bookshelf), so great for Acessibility and portability on tablets, so great for preparation and self-paced study. The exam and proctor steps are simple if you read in advance and prepare. Not had a bad exam experience yet and I am hard to impress.

The course itself was excellent, with a knowledgeable live instructor delivering the sessions online. The accompanying offline materials were also useful and well presented.
However, I was disappointed that a significant number of questions in the exam did not appear to be covered either during the course or in the provided study materials. A few weeks later, a colleague who had completed a different course through the same provider raised exactly the same concern. When this issue was questioned, the response felt dismissive rather than addressing the underlying problem.
Given that the course cost over £1,000, I believe students should reasonably expect the training and materials to prepare them adequately for the associated examination. This raises serious questions about the alignment between the course content, study materials, and exam.
I hope PeopleCert will review this issue, as learners are making a significant financial investment and deserve better transparency and preparation.
I had good experience with the exam everything was self explanatory and easy to follow.

My exam was delayed and I was held in a virtual waiting room for 50 mins which caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. I have had to push and chase for a response to my complaint and request for a retake. I finally was sent an email to say I could do this and Free of Charge, but I still haven't received the voucher code to book!!!!

The official presentation is too general. The questions on the test are phrased inappropriately and are deliberately complicated.
Overall, especially the customer service and the booking process for the online exam is notably great.
A minor inconvenience is that (at least for PRINCE2 Foundation), the book isn't downloadable. I understand why, however, since I am of the generation that does better with paper and a highlighter in their hand, I would have appreciated the option to download it once.
With regards to two requests I had for customer service, both were handled quickly and to my satisfaction. Not a given, since my second request was literally only hours before the exam.
During the exam, my virus scan popped up and, since no apps except the site for the exam are allowed, I got quite frantic. After somehow finally closing that window, I sent a note to my proctor with what went on, she sent a "not a problem" quickly and I was able to de-stress.
So, great customer service and exam booking and execution. The learning experience on the website might have some chances for improvement.

The exam worked flawless after I figured a hardware problem on my side out. Unfortunately the pre exam Hardware check showed no issues, but then in the exam the camera didn't work

In my case, to have a better experience
I would like to have the possibility to have course options in English.
Location was good but parking taxes high. Would it possible to have a discount for PeopleCert users?

You get 3 because i cant compare it. You seem to have a monopoly on itil exams.
It is expensive for what it is. Microsoft exams with study guide cost a 120 euros compared to 644 euros for this and Gemini helped me study better than your book.
Still i passed and can now happily add this to my resume. So its fine
The proctor was very nice i do have to say.
I hadn't filled my personal information when i logged in. Proctor asked me to do so and vanished. I completed the profile in 2 minutes. But proctor did not come back for almost 20 minutes. I got scared as i thought allowed time for exam is getting sucked up. I messaged in chat window.there was no reply to any of my chats. By the time proctor came back i had lost all hope to write exam.please ask proctor not to leave candidates in such limbo
