The process was very smooth. The study process, sections and guides were very helpful to put it all together in a very comprehensive learning experience and Theo was easy to work with and helpful with the exam!

Questions nothing like the mocks - not suitable for people with dyslexia

A positive experience overall. The online exam process was clear and easy to follow, the software and connection worked without issues, and the proctor was helpful throughout. All requirements were clearly explained before the exam and the completion process was also well managed. Overall, a smooth, professional experience.

The exam didn't work at first time (Thursday, July 9th). No Information, no contact, so I searched the reason on my side and tried again and again to start the exam.
Telephon Support wasn't reachable, Email Support answer 24h later.
Ironical the exam was among other things about incident management.
Facilitator was on time and the whole process was easy.

I had an examination booked for 18:40. I logged on at the correct time and waited to be et into the exam. at 1840 the exam became visible on the screen but the screen was greyed out meaning I was unable to engage with it. I waited several minutes but nothing changes, so I requested help using the hand icon and raised my concern, I received no responses despite making previous requests for help. i tried to ring your 24/7 365 customer services number only to find a recorded message saying you were unable to connect me at this time, I rang four times, without being able to get through. i tried to use the chat function on the website only to be told by your AI that I would have to wait 16 minutes for support, support which didn't come for over 20 minutes. It wasn't until nearly 19:20 that a proctor and a chat agent both told me that there were delays in the exams for the day, I had been waiting for nearly 40 minutes to be told something that could quiet easily have been forwarded by email. Because of this, the examination experience was one of the most stressful I've ever experienced and it was completely avoidable.

Bad experience with the portal. It is not intuitive and they require you to enter information which is privacy sensitive and not allowed by the Dutch Privacy Authority.
I had issues on the day before my scheduled exam. I reached out for help and they were so quick to answer and action which I really appreciated. They made a stressful situation much better.

Failing from one answer, when the passing mark is 60% seems unreasonable when the answers are multiple choice and there is opportunity for a few to be more than one correct answer, but you are looking for something specific.
I use the ITIL Process and Guidlines in my business and they are essential for it.
The Comfort for re-certification and trainings can be improved. It is not so good understandable, how I can do trainings and get Points so which count for the recertification. I am also certified PMP at PMI and find the process for re-certification better understandable.
