The exam itself was good, but due to a technical issue the exam started with a delay more than 20 minutes. This is for me not acceptable. The second contact was very friendly, no problems with her.

All in all clear instructions and guidance. Process was clearly described. Everything was running smoothly thanks to this.

Good conduct and nice execution

The fact that you can’t review your answers on the mock exams. It’s helpful knowing what topics you performed well / not so well in, but the most valuable part of a mock exam is the ability to be able to go back and review each answer. I’m surprised this feature is not available with PeopleCert mock exams, especially given how much money they charge for them
