Valentin was very prompt in answering my support query and whilst the issue was not completely resolved (because it is the third party issue not PeopleHR) he was very quick in reaching out to his tech team to confirm we had everything correct on the PeopleHR side.

We’ve had a great experience with PeopleHR. The system is intuitive and makes HR processes much easier to manage.
A special mention to Madalin and Claudiu from the support team, who have been exceptionally helpful throughout. Their dedication really stands out—they go above and beyond to make sure everything is resolved quickly and that we feel genuinely supported.

Our relationship started well and we received good support from Sheldon. Since he has left Access PeopleHR it has gone rapidly downhill. There is absolutely no customer care at all, they send you invoices, month after month for clients who they are billing directly, when you request they stop and issue the relevant Credit Notes they just ignore you. Please do not use this company they are beyond awful.

This is our third visit to this pharmacy for our covid jab, always very friendly and helpful and seen at the booked time no problems at all, will always go back there again for our next jab.

Matt provided training to MJM Marine employees on People HR. He is an extremely knowledgeable trainer. He was very patient during the training and answered all our queries to a high standard. He amended his schedule to suit our needs and was a pleasure to work with.

The support I have had from PeopleHR has always been great, however Mohamed Abdalfatah takes it to a new level, he is absolutely incredible and has always fixed every issue I've had with such quick response and friendliness. Would recommend Mohamed to everyone

I emailed Zoltan directly as I was unable to put a request in online. He helped me immediately and was super efficient in sorting out the issue.

Many thanks to Madalin Dragan who solved my issues with People HR very quickly and communicated with me on every step of the process.

(Particularly in light of the removal of the Chat option - which in itself would have a much lower rating - cannot see the logic behind this from a user perspective, not user-friendly.)

Great platform with easy access customer support, now they have the digital tool.

Absolutely appalling lack of communication, waited over 2 months to get an answer back. Requested a copy of contract 6 months ago and have still not received it. You cannot speak to anyone. Unbelievable lack of response for a IT software company.
