Dreadful experience moving over to the new platform Paycircle. The platform is complicated to use, the staff consistently get the calculation of payroll wrong. They didn't submit the BACS payment meaning my employees didn't get paid. Now they won't let me cancel the 3 year contract early even when offering an incentive to pay for the next 3 months as compensation. Dreadful customer service, rude and abrupt and told "we have bigger customers than you to look after" was not nice to hear. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience working with Cosmin, who guided me through all the updates in PeopleHR. He has strong knowledge of the system and was very patient in helping me understand the new features and functions. He also provided valuable insights that made data entry and record-keeping much easier. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Madalin was really helpful with troubleshooting and resolving a technical issue on PeopleHR.

Technical Support (Valentin) at PeopleHR was there for me today. I received a detailed breakdown of reasons, which prevented a successful integration between our payroll system. Basically, we did not do something what we were meant to do. Reply from Valentin gave me a good understanding of what info is crucial and the importance of timings when certain things are done.

Very friendly and personable. Gave information in a calm and easy to follow way. Checked that I understood as we went along.

Mohamed is always helpful to our quires - excellent service.

Sine adopting PeopleHR it has helped streamline information between departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process. The payroll process is easier now that we can run one report that provides the information we need in one go as opposed to multiple forms and emails from various managers about any updates. As well as that, information can be sent to all employees much easier. My account manager, Florina, has been great in supporting me and keeping me updated on any future changes.

Mohamed has been great - so responsive and supportive. He has been able to provide guidance to the admin level and our employees. I really appreciate how quickly he has resolved our queries and always with a positive attitude. Thanks Mohamed!
