Good service but bad car
I rented a car via Pepecar for a 1 hour and a half trip near Madrid. The service was good and the renting was easy. The car, though, was pretty bad. I had picked the Clio III on the website, and they finally gave me an Opel Corsa that went super slow on coasts (even the small ones). I found myself many times driving at 60 km/h on the highway... What I don't understand, is that we didn't pick the first price and expected an average car, that could stand that kind of trip at least. So, as for me, next time I will probably rent with other wompanies, or pick a high class car at Pepecar.

Good price, good cars, stress free.
Very happy with Pepecar. I had looked for hours at other websites trying to find a reasonable price for a rental car for two weeks but wasn't able to find anything. A friend recommended Pepecar to me and I wasn able to rent the exact same car, but at less than half the cost! Awesome!

Expensive but effective
I rented a car for some 6 days during Xmas in 2014-15, and the fee was some 35€. Expensive.
However, the website of the actual hire car provider (Pepecar does not provide cars itself, but has only the website) didn't show any availability... thus pretty effective to get me a car.
Staff was very kind and helpful.
Later they made a mistake with the charges but sorted it swiftly.
Thus I'd say 50 out of 100.
