I have shopped at Perfumestop several times and my experience has been entirely positive - genuine items bought for fantastic discounted prices. Outstanding seller.

I live in a block of flats and Evri just dump parcels outside front entrance. My parcel was picked up by AN Other (not Evri) and it eventually found its way to me opened and unsealed, was a bottle of perfume bought as a gift which I can no longer give. My first email to this company told me I should wait as would be delivered in a few days even though I explained Evri said they had already done so and sent me a photo of somewhere totally different to where I live. No I won't be using them again and a poor review is going on to Ebay.

So order 576797027386563573 … god knows where it is. The EVRI clowns you use for delivery left it in a location which was not secure and it’s gone. Never using you again. Really upset. I paid for my item in good faith and am now out of pocket through no fault of my own 😡 dreadful

Ordered two small bottles of perfume and they charged £4 on each. These should have been sent together.

No protective wrapping so both boxes arrived with perfume having rattled about and inside so both arrive damage. Plus late on delivery.
Buy elsewhere is my advice

Made a purchase via their Ebay shop, despite tracking showing that my purchase was not delivered and lost in transit and a clam from the delivery company was available to them, they refused to send out a replacement or refund me so wanted to get a payment from the delivery company and still keep my payment to them. Had to get the refund via Ebay, I would avoid them unless you want a lot of hassle as they have NO interest in customer service what's so ever

It is good that perfumes are available at discounted prices. Also, a huge range available to check and choose, which is usually not the case for any offline outlets.

Best price and customer service - real cheap genuine perfumes I bought for my familly. Really happy with my purchase
