I have set off the alarm accidentally…
I have set off the alarm accidentally twice, he call was answered quickly and I was addressed by my name. I could also hear what was being said to me in spite of the fact I was NOT wearing hearing aids. I did not require help so the matter was soon resolved, but what it did do was increase my confidence in the service even more!

Poor battery power
I've found the battery to be very annoying as it doesn't last very long and I have to keep charging it up however when I need it the response is very good what's annoying is i have to charge it before I can use it which is very inconvenient and delays me by several hours sometimes, as a medical device this isn't very good at the most it might last 12 hours or if I go out and about a lot less maybe eight hours this needs to be sorted,

Helpful, efficient service from the beginning. Fast response when pressing the alarm…fortunately only to test so far & accidentally knocked alarm on a couple of occasions! Advisors always very pleasant.

Speed of response
When I had a fall recently the response from my alarm was first rate , my family were alerted and although I didn’t need outside help at that time if I did it would have been here ASP . I can’t praise it highly enough , I feel safe .
