This is criminal and a total scam
This is criminal and a total scam! They capture you with a "fashion guide book" for a small amount of money and it gets turned into a "subscription" for absolutely nothing, for which they charge your pay pal account! I just discovered it, because I never received anything and I MOST CERTAINLY wouldn't have paid $250 for anything they have to offer! I'm chronically ill and disabled and it's a lot of money for me, I never agreed to this! BEWARE! And a shame that they prey on people like that.

Clearly this company does not exists…
Clearly this company does not exist and I don’t understand how they are allowed to continue operating after all the scam reports they have. They charge you more than the .99 cents amount that appears on the transaction before clicking submit; they never send or deliver any product or email, so basically they steal money from you, and of course, they will never respond to any of the emails you sent to customer service. The only response you will have from them is once you write a review, revealing the truth of how they operate, and in that response, they make it seem like it was you the one who did not carefully read their policies, this is BS. Thankfully, PayPal is taking care of it now, and I advise everyone to report any of their publicity you encounter on social media, this is the only way we will stop them from scamming other people.

Sneaky jsut like that
Sneaky jsut like that.
They subscribe you without being clear. I did not even received a confirmation email or ANYTHING. I had completely forgotten about this, until I checked my paypal account (three months later, thank you) -- why on earth was I spending so much? Oh yeah, these sneaky guys got over £100 for a pdf. That is it. £35.99 a month FOR A PDF ADVERTISED AS £0.99. Unbelievable.
They know EXACTLY what they are doing too. The company's payment name and the support email provided does not get you back to this website but to a "tailored.zone" one. The payment comes from MOBAPP. But again, all would be perfectly ok if they at least confirmed an email? I have no communications whatsoever from them. Very very frustrated by having fell with this scummy site. I hope the reviews go a long way.

Then without my knowlegde or authority they then took a following £35.99 from my account!
I paid via PayPal as I thought it would be the safer option but they wouldn't give me a refund!!!
So now I've paid nearly £40 for soemthing that I can't even use!!!
They don't reply to emails or anything please don't sign up to this!!

Scam organization
They say you pay $0.99 for a guide but you never receive the guide. Then they start charging you $29/month.
I emailed them and have not yet heard back but in the process of escalating with Paypal. If I have to I will close my Paypal account as well.
Don't fall for it, it is 100% a scam organization.
Their response here doesn’t help. I’ve already emailed. I can’t “give their product” another try because I never received anything. It seems even with replying to the review they still aren’t actually listening nor helpful.

Every review is exactly what happened to me!! Got nothing for the .99 sign up and was billed 4 days later for 29.99 did not receive any notification until 1 month later when 2nd 29.99 was being taken from my account! What a rip off!

I was robbed twice of €69.99! A total of 139,98€
I was robbed twice of €69.99, or a total of €139.99. It was clear to me that it was a scam when I paid for the basic plan for €0.99 and I got what I got...nothing. Then they had time for the first payment in 3 days, which I didn't notice, and the second one yesterday. Of course, I wrote as soon as I found out, but they argue about the conditions that people don't notice and, moreover, they don't even send an email about downloading additional payments. It's all a scam!!! Take care of your money. I now lost the last one, which I had for a completely different purpose. The poor are best robbed. Never again such strange sites!!!

Very misleading
I signed up for what I thought was a $0.99 trial. Apparently you need to read the fine print because I was told somewhere in there it says you're actually signing up for a $30 US/month subscription. Wouldn't have signed up had I known that. It does not make it clear what you are purchasing. Customer service rep was respectful but they refuse to refund any money. Very misleading way to take people's money. Do not purchase from this site.

COMPLETE SCAM
COMPLETE SCAM - BEWARE!!!!
I paid 99¢ for a personalized style guide, which I never received. I contacted them only got be told they were having a technical issue and sent a generic guide instead. A few days later I was then charged £35.99 for a “subscription” that I did not sign up for. When contacted they claimed that by ordering the guide we automatically signed up for the subscription service. They refused to issue a refund and I still have not received the style guide that I ordered.
UPDATE: I have since filed a dispute with PayPal, providing the emails as well as screenshots from other reviews on Trustpilot. I have also canceled the automatic payment that the company set up. As you can see from their response to my original review, they have no intentions of issuing a refund. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. I am grateful I used PayPal and was able to have both payments refunded.

Would give 0 stars if I could
Only giving this one star as I can not give it zero!!!! I received absolutely nothing from this company however that has not stopped them from charging me. I just wrote to their support email requesting an immediate refund. This is a joke.
Update after contacting the company - I have received nothing and they have taken two payments:

A god-awful experience
Update! Thank goodness for PayPal! Once they got hold of the issue, these jokers issued a refund with a quickness! Lesson to be learned.... check reviews first before being swayed by the advertising.
A god-awful experience, very much a scam!!! I did have to do just as other reviewers have done and disable the recurring billing to my PayPal account. I asked them to refund my money and this is the answer I got, how in the hell were they even able to send me a response if my account email isn't on file?!? This is ridiculously bogus!! And these con artists are asking me to send in credit card information and/or access to my PayPal??? Fool me once mofos that's all you get. RUN if this pops up on any social media feed.

Scam website, avoid!!!
This website is nothing short of a scam. I took the style quiz and agreed to pay £0.99p to receive the results and a personalised style guide, which I did receive. However, several days later, I was charged £29.99 and I couldn’t understand where from. Upon investigation, it was this website. I contacted them to report the error and request a refund and they told me no. I reached out to every email address I could find for the website and they all gave me the same response about refunds not being policy. Finally, I filed a dispute with the company via Paypal flagging up that this appeared to be a scam website and provided evidence of my emails. The company changed their tune and immediately closed my dispute by issuing a refund. Avoid this website but if you do get caught, raise a dispute with Paypal/your credit card provider would be my advice.
