This is not worth your money at all. The “guide” only gives generic stuff such as “dress in a peplum top and throw away T-shirt’s” and “no one should wear ugly shoes!” Come on! It also managed to upgr... See more

It's an unethical, unfair website misleading customers
It's an unethical, unfair company, website misleading custmers with their Instagram adverstisements. Never buy anything from them. I already contacted PayPal and informed them about the issue, and I will also do other steps against them. I ordered a personal capsule gardrobe guide for 0,99 USD from beautyplan.online and 2 days later personalfashion.guru withdraw 69,99 USD from my bank account without any further notice or my approval. And I could never acces the guide of course..

AVOID!
Like others have said, absolute scam! I paid for the 99p guide and was then charged £83.99! I will be claiming back through my credit card company!

I purchased a subscription for the Style Guide
I purchased a subscription for the style guide that was meant to be sent to my email. However, the email was delayed. I tried contacting the business multiple times to cancel my subscription because something didn't sit right. But they claim that my email isn't associated with any of their accounts, which is not true. So I cancelled the automatic payments through Paypal. They were also trying to obtain my credit card information, even though I used Paypal. It's all very suspicious. Please reconsider, and if you made a mistake like myself, change your password to your accounts and NEVER give out credit card information. I've reported them through Paypal and have reported them through scamwatchAU.

After the 0.99 I sent them 4 emails to cancel my membership and they still charged my card and they won't send me back my money!
They have stolen my money from my card.

Complete scam
Complete scam. I cancelled my subscription on day one but they still charged 50 eur in 3 days and said that in order to refund i need to send 5 pictures of their fashion plan which i could not access anymore without paying extra. Horrible.

Shady
Edit: i resolved the issue by contacting them.
I paid for the trial period, never wanted more than that. 3 days after they charge me 69,99$ (mobapp is the name of the seller that appears on my PayPal bill. They only advertise for 3 apps, nothing about fashion guru).
It’s shady.

scam
scam, never signed up for a subscription, and I never got access to their content. I'm filling a case on this now, and hope to see my money being returned.

This is a fraud
This is a fraud. They advertise a free trial for 99c but they start charging you for other products. They don't respond to emails. Be aware

Scammers!!!! Trying to get a refund or else I'll see them in court
Scammers!!!!
Do not fall for this! I was dumb enough to not check any source of information before giving my money to these thieves. Now I'm currently spamming their email and fb inbox trying to get my money back. I've even contacted the authorities and the bank. Also, they always respond with a copy paste message and it's like talking to the walls. Just like they are going to do right now in their reply to my review. I'm really really frustrated and I hope the creators of this "fashion" nightmare will get what they deserve. :)

Total scam
I signed up to do a fashion quiz, looked legit enough. I was keen to see the results and it turned out, I had to pay 0.99p to see it. There was no information about this being a trial nor a subscription. The link within my email address to open the fashion guide, took me to PayPal and thats when I realised something wasnt right. A couple of days later I notice that £83.99 was taken from PayPal and described as a recurring subscription! Nope, nothing to state this was what I was signing up for. I cancelled further payments and sent a message on messenger but told to email. So I did. The response was pitiful and obvious a copy and paste job. Very similar to their responses on these reviews. Very dismissive of the fact that they have conned me and others out of money by intentionally misleading of a lack of information.

SCAMMERS - Doesn’t even deserve a star
Doesn’t even deserve a star. SCAMMERS!! Same as all reviews below. Authorise.99 cents and they then take out $69 as a subscription!

This website is a scam.
This website is a scam.
They mention a 99cents trial and then Debit you by 59€ without any notification after 3 days and you don’t even know how to withdraw your before application!!
As soon as in saw I was debited I asked for a refund and received a 30% discount on further access of the website which is completely useless.
Besides the guide they send for 99c is completely useless.
AVOID This scam from Nicosia (you might also look why so many companies are located in Nicosia…) which is not serious and reliable.

Dont use it
Dont use it! They say the amount is around 1$ and then later charged me $99 without any notice even I tried to cancel. I emailed their support the same day for the cancellation and even then 99$ was deposited from my account, they replied only after I sent the second email saying that they had not received my first email, I sent pictures with the old emails sent and they don't want to give me my money back! DONT USE IT

SCAMERS!
SCAAAAM! I am so furious, they took 83 EUR from my account without my consent. I made one-time purchase od 0.99 and later they billed me 83 EUR as a "subscription" I didn't sign up for.

SCAM!!!
just like the other users - I can confirm - the initial £0.99 subscription became a £90 debit from my account without my consent even after several emails requesting to cancel the initial subscription...
DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

Horrible scammers!!
Horrible scammers!!
Their website sucks, you can barely sign in and open their vague guide that they charged me 69 dollars for!!! I just authorized the transaction for 0.99 cents! What a joke! And i have to take pictures of 5 outfits and send it so their ‘high council’ may or may not grant me their refund. Do not fall for this crap

DO NOT USE
These people seem to be international scammers. I paid CAD1.31 for the guide THAT'S IT, so please explain why I havr now been charged for CAD91.93 today? I'm not subscribed nor do I want to be. I expect a refund ASAP!
UPDATE
I've been emailing these people back and forth and have now only received part of what they stole from my account. Please avoid paying these people anything it's not worth it AT ALL. I say, if you really want fashion advice go on youtube, get a personal shopper to help you out in-store or get an actual magazine subscription, this is just ridiculous.
Another piece of advice. Don't send these people any pictures, everything about them screams SCAM, for your personal safety, I suggest just straight-up emailing them. They're policies are BS, and made as a cover up. If you look up the address they've displayed on their website its not even a real place!
Also, don't let-up on these scammers, fight for EVERY dime they take from you!

ABSOLUTE SCAM
ABSOLUTE SCAM - DO NOT CLICK ON THESE ADS. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR SUBSCRIPTION FEES WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. Complete lack of transparency about charges. Pretends to be a commitment-free interactive quiz, then suddenly charges you $70 USD for no value. Replies to previous reviews from this company suggest charges are authorised - USERS CANNOT AUTHORISE CHARGES YOU ACTIVELY CONCEAL. THIS IS FRAUD. Raises serious trust concerns for legitimate advertisers using social media to reach new markets.

Thieving practices!!!
Don't fall for these thieving practices!!! They scam and take money covering themselves with authorization. I have opened a dispute through PayPal and I refuse to be robbed in this manner.
