I paid for my insurance 2 weeks in advance, then decided to not go ahead. Despite the t&s stating that there is a 14 day cooling off period I was told that I would be charged £50. My complaints have been ignored.

However, whilst there is a 14-day cooling-off period, our Terms & Conditions state that a £55 cancellation fee applies if a policy is cancelled within this period. this world of doing most stuff online I am so really really pissed off with your company. I had a reasonable price online but after the dopey negative customer advisor spoke she wanted 800 quid more than my quote.! I answered all the questions truthfully.
It's just about the money right?
PS I'm a retired feeble but managing old bloke doing under 2000 miles a year in a 25 year old Mercedes.
What risk am I presenting? I'm not retired apparently. I am retired. Definitely. I know cos I'm home full time.
What's going on I'm probably the lowest risk of all your categories.
I don't expect one but would be nice if you at least reply.
