A whelping box, also known as a birthing box, whelping pen and nesting box is used in order to protect the puppies after the whelping process is completed and during the early stages of life when they are most vulnerable. The whelping box keeps them safely contained away from the cold, most whelping boxes also contain rails or poles around the lower edges of which we get asked all the time what these are for and the short answer is they stop the mother crushing the puppies up against the sides of the box which could cause the puppies to become suffocated as well as being crushed.
At petnap we sell 2 types of nesting boxes, Disposable Cardboard and Reusable Plastic whelping boxes. Both of these boxes will cope with the duration of the whelping process normally around 6 to 8 weeks before they then move on to a more suitable environment like a play pen as they become ever more adventurous. We stock 5 sizes in both types giving you plenty of choice as also have heavy duty plastic versions in our large 2 sizes.

Fabulous cat bed
A had a recommendation to petnap on a FB post and I ordered one of their heated cat beds straight away. Being Siamese my three cats are incredibly fussy, but they jumped straight in and have totally made themselves at home in their beautiful new bed.
The delivery was speedy and the product is well made and worth every penny.

I bought two whelping boxes XL and large neither have lasted for two weeks no support even after I complained on eBay
Thanks for you rreply but why not own up to a terrible product on this occasion, I have given you the evidence in photos I've actually,bought a lot from you 4 whelping boxes in the last 3 years the first two were good, the third one fel, apart but luckily not till week 2 but this last one fel, apart after 2 days! I have also bought 3 pet beds from you again all good, I'm a good customer and feel completely let down by your aftercare which is non existent and your rejective attitude to the fact I do have a genuine complaint the item was not cheap I expected it to last longer than a few days to state I'm a serial complainer shows your not really interested in customer satisfaction

Best pet shop around. They are knowledgeable and some of the best people you will ever meet. I started going there when my cat got sick and I needed to find special food for her to eat. They were so helpful. I won’t buy from anyone else.

Heated cat igloo
On time shipping. My cats love this heated igloo once they realised they prefer it as it is heated. It is only a few watts so cheap to run. Both my cats are older so love keeping warm in the winter.I have added an extra flurry cushion from a standard igloo for extra comfort. At times They both will try to squeeze in it and they aren’t small cats!

My cat loves his heated pad, especially during the cold winter months nights.

If the item is used correctly inline with the instructions it will reach the required temperature advised for pet heat pads set out by the BSAVA. Heat pads are limited to a maximum temperature for the pets safety.
Great pet heat mat
Really fast order processing and shipping. I was concerned that the quality of the product might not be great as the price was very reasonable, and being a pet heat mat I was slightly worried about the risk of fire, but no need! Excellent value for money on a high quality product that is just what I wanted (dog is recovering from some treatment for a spinal condition).

I have rated my review 3 star. I must consider my overall experience which is a shame as the actual heat pad works very well.
The problem resulted from a second order of a cover for the heat pad. Basically, having paid for the cover and the delivery charge, I have not recieved it. Petnap has informed me that Royal Mail had delivered it, which they haven't. So I asked my neighbours if they had it delivered which they have said they haven't. I feel that Royal Mail has let Petnap down. I understand how disappointing this must be to Petnap. I have recieved a very prompt refund.

It would make much more sense if you left this review for Royal Mail as appose to us considering your review seems to be of them rather than us. It’s a pity but it always seems to be the small family business such as ours that receives the poor feedback out of the failure of the multi million pound companies such Royal Mail the largest and most recognised courier in the country.
However to confirm Royal Mail have stated the item has been delivered but we have gone the extra mile and issued you a refund for the item already.
It’s disappointing when people leave reviews like this that really aren’t warranted, it’s no wonder some companies are struggling to trade.
Senior Cat loves her heated blanket
Having previously owned one of these heated pet blankets we know how good they are. Our twenty year old senior cat needs more than just ordinary throws. Ordered exactly same model online. Kept up to date with delivery timelines and cat is now happy as are we!

Bought the heat pad and got the wrong size… I tried to contact them but had no response! No one answered the phone and no response to email!!
**Edit** I did buy life drops also had no problem with that other than the bottle of life drops was only 3/4 full but that may be a manufacturing fault.
No email received on the day stated, I have checked and double checked.

Slightly confused with this one because order number 26670 relates to the purchase of a bottle of "Life Drops" which only come in 1 size?
I have also just had a look at our email system and can see 1 message from you asking for our return address which we replied to on the same day at "Mon 04/12/2023 08:27"

The bottle size is approximately 35mls the however as per the description the amount of actual liquid purchased is 25mls hence why the manufacturers don't fill the bottles right up, this is to avoid leakage.
Regarding the email you must of received it as we had a "read" confirmation from you.

Electrically heated cat beds.
The 3 feral cats who shelter in my garage, love the 2 electrically-heated beds I purchased from you for them. Not only do they love them but I have peace of mind that they can walk into warm cosy beds without the need to wait for their body heat to reflect back, as has been the case with heat-reflective pads. 5stars!
