Above and Beyond

Jenny from store 7006 on Brook Hollow in San Antonio is in the process of providing me with fantastic customer service. I wrote clear and precise directions for the delivery people to be able to find my unit when they arrived on my property; however, the driver left the order on a ledge somewhere by a bush and sent a picture to Jenny. I am currently ill and need to be inside for a few more days, so I cannot go out and search for it. Ms. Jenny has been working tirelessly with the delivery people (who, you can be sure, will be my next review) to get the medication delivered and has been calling me to follow up with her progress. I appreciate Pet Supplies Plus' tenacity with this issue. I have had previous excellent experiences with them and will be ordering from them consistently in the future.

Great experience at the Ridge Park square location

I have taken my dog to be groomed about five times over the last year. Amaris (not sure of the spelling) does a fantastic job and I will not go to anyone else. The first two times my dog was groomed there I didn't have the best experience however once Amaris groomed her I knew I can never have anyone else but her groom my dog. My baby Precious likes her. Amaris takes good care of the dogs she grooms. I give her a 5 star 👍🏻

All done with this place

This store in Ridgecrest Plaza is absolutely unbelievable. The place looks like a dump for one thing. I was in there a couple weeks ago and bought 31 lb bag of dog food and no one even offered to help me get it to my car, I'm a senior citizen and every place else cycle they asked if I want help. The icing on the cake was yesterday I ordered some things for delivery and my credit card was charged. Today I'm expecting the delivery and I get a call the two of the three things I ordered our unavailable. I asked the girl why they were available yesterday and I was able to put them in my card and my credit card was charged but the poor thing didn't know she just started so I just told her to tell the manager I am all done shopping at that store.

Terrible but the only game in town

Have ordered online twice for a pickup. First time waited outside 20 mins. Second time I kept waiting in the car and finally walked inside where an employee pointed to my 28 lb bag of dogfood on the floor behind the counter and told me there it is, let me get your receipt. Geez, I'm a 65 y/o female.. You think they would help. This store is in Portland Texas.

DECEPTIVE and ILLEGAL PRICING

Went to the Raynham store in MA. I bought 2 items 1 $36.98 the other marked WAS$39.99 75% off NOW $10. I had a coupon code $10 off $40 plus a $5 reward. The subtotal should have been $36.98 + $10+ $46.98. The subtract the $15 for coupon/reward to equal $31.98. Nope, it came to $37.82. I went back and spoke with the manager who told me the coupon and reward come off the $39.99 THEN they take 75% off that. THIS IS ILLEGAL IN MASSACHUSETTS. The manager claims it is how there system works and no way to override it. I reported them to the Attorney General and won't ever shop there again. I have the receipt and bag with sticker for proof. I know they did the same thing last time I was in but couldn't figure out why the receipt was off. It was much easier with only 2 items.

Pet Supplies Plus is a farse

Pet Supplies Plus is a farse. I worked just over 3 months at the new Orangeburg,SC so called facility. Around the time that you're getting your first pay raise, they're searching for a reason to fire you. My supervisor changed our work hours in my department. The very next morning at 6am, I had an argument with my so called supervisor. At first break the head boss came to get me, we were more than 3 hours behind from scheduled shipment. When my so called top of the line boss said he couldn't keep me any longer. I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to work for them.

I was at the store in Naperville ill

I was at the store in Naperville ill, and the store manager refused to sell me a .34-cent goldfish because I didn't have a fish tank with a heater, my brother went to the store and they sold him goldfish with no questions asked when I asked for the named of the manager she refuses to give me her name and she threatens to call the police. That manager is unprofessional. I called the corporate office and they said the district manager named Noe Sanchez would call me so far no one has called.

Killeen TX

Store in Killeen TX is not worth the visit. Selection of products is great but the staff are arrogant and condescending. Simply can’t believe a dog owner might know more than they do about a specific breed. No way would I risk having a groom done there. Not worth the trouble to deal with them. Will stay with Amazon and PETCO.

took my dog there for wash, started from booking appointment, the process was smooth, they also trimmed her nails, loving staff, cyrus enjoyed alot, a good place for your pets.

Worst experience ever with a retailer…

Worst experience ever with a retailer of any kind! I had a standing auto-ship order for 3 items well over $100. day before auto-ship I check the website and it says that they are putting the order together. The day the shipment is supposed to arrive I notice a refund for my order, that was a real surprise because I'm expecting dog food, cat food and some kitty litter. So I call the store and speak to Justin that would not give me his last name. When I ask why my order is cancelled he explains that the dog food was not in stock. I ask the logical questions of [a] why do you have auto-ship and then not have the item in stock, what's the point [b] why didn't anyone notify my, I would have accepted a substitution. He started getting snippy with me and asked me to lower my voice when it was very much at a reasonable tone. So I Iowered my voice to just above a whisper and asked again. Then I told him that Chewy would never do this, but I was trying tpo keep my money local. He promptly told me to take my business to Chewy. I got pissed and told him where to go. Minutes later I called back to determine his last name so I could advise the owners of the company. At this point he threatened to have me put in jail if I ever called or step foot in "his" store. Wow, what a world class jerk! I'm left with no dog food, no cat food, no kitty litter and memories of a close encounter with the biggest store manager jerk in my 60 years of existence! Take your business elsewhere, this angry guy managing the store is reason alone to shop elsewhere. After shopping there for 22 years, I'm done!

This store stacks several products on…

This store stacks several products on top each other throughout the store. The price tags are placed under neath with a fine print.
When this was questioned the manager stated I work in retail, and I read the fine print. Therefore, since I did not read the fine print, the price was what the computer indicated.
I believe this is a misleading process by the store and they CEO should not be asking his employees to do this on a daily basis. Fix the problem. If the store is not large enough to maintain items properly then may be time to expand into a larger building.

Exceptional Customer Service!

This store consistently surpasses my expectations whenever I have a question or problem! They (all the associates) earnestly listen to comprehend the nature of the issue, be it a product or information for which I might be searching, a price match I might be requesting, or pricing/rewards for which I might need clarification. Then, they go out of their way to find the information requested, or explain how to build/utilize rewards points, etc.
I have had two recent occasions where the store manager/team leader, "April,"offered me assistance: 1.) in checking the extent of applicability of a manufacturer's sale price on a particular pet food; and 2.) on the availability of a dog toy that was out of stock in store.
This manager offered me a store credit for having picked up on a slight discrepancy in their signage which caused some degree of customer confusion, and promptly sent it out to my home address with a lovely "thank you" note expressing appreciation for my business and apologizing for any inconvenience!
As for the dog toy, she personally phoned another store after a system-wide check showed one availability in that other store. It, in fact, had already been sold, so she saved me an unnecessary trip. She then checked her store's in-coming inventory replenishment and located this very item and told me when it would next be available in their store (within the week)...again sparing me a lot of unnecessary running around.
I am so favorably impressed with this level of conscientiousness and professionalism, that I look forward to visiting the store! If they could clone April, they'd easily become America's number one pet store. This gal understands cardinal rule number one of customer service: "Common courtesy pays big dividends and cost absolutely nothing!"

I shop at the pet supplies plus store…

I shop at the pet supplies plus store in Royal Palm Beach, Fl. I shop there once a week for my dog and cats. I always feel welcome and the employees are always friendly. Professional, and knowledgeable. If they don't have what I need, there always willing to order it for me. They go above and beyond to keep their customer happy.
Because of this, I will continue to shop here.

Not worth the drama

Even before my rescue partnered with them, I didn't have much success with anything at this store. Employees were rude if they engaged with you at all. After my rescue partnered with them for cat adoptions, it was truly awful. Their so called manager Destiny has no clue how to be a manager. She's a pro at starting drama though. Their sometimes manager from out of town, Deb, will lie straight to your face then deny it later no matter who witnessed it. Their main manager, Matt is a rude arrogant jerk who doesn't know what respect means. Steer clear of this store. It's more drama than it's worth.

Helpful, friendly staff in VA

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly in the Purcellville, VA store. As potential future customers trying to narrow down a dog breed, the associate spent time with us answering questions and making suggestions. Will definitely shop here in the future!

Satisfied customer service experience

I shop the store at Pepper Square in Dallas, TX. I have always enjoyed my visit, and very seldom don't find what i need for Winston, my cat. The pick up service is awesome, as I'm always in a hurry. The staff starting with the manager on down-very professional, friendly, and courteous. Add helpful too. Keep up the promotions and good work.

False advertising of coupons

Bryan the rude manager wouldn't apply my $10 coupon from Pet Supplies Plus. He said I didn't spend enough money. I asked him where it said that the coupon was only good for a certain amount, he couldn't. I was purchasing one of their most expensive dog foods. Still he refused to honor it. I hope corporate shows Bryan where the door is. He argued with me in front of the store over $10!!!!
