Dog was closes at 8:30. I was there 10 after 8 and was denied because there were people in the wash. No posting were present with the dog was hours. He's the thing, if a store is open until 9 then start closing at 9 not 8:30. I had already purchased a dog wash card. My dog needed a bath. Customer service ranks behind employee convenience at Pet supplies plus in Brooklyn Park MN Avoid this poorly Gen Y staffed store.

I love this company! They have creative products and their free reward program really does save us money. They have frequent sales for their reward members- even on small things!

Really excellent service and experience
Really excellent online post-purchase and in-store customer service. Their prices may be a bit higher but they are worth it. Also their regular email and text coupons and offers make them very competitive with the big impersonal online pet store monopolies like Amazon and Chewy. The local, neighbourly approach complements their growing online business. I’m now a loyal customer.

Great store and staff....they won my business!
I visited Pet Supplies Plus in Muskegon MI for the first time today. I was very pleased with how friendly the staff was and very welcoming and helpful. I will be back; you impressed me today and won my business. Everything I needed was in stock and the staff was knowledgeable and kind. Great job!! I highly recommend this store.

This review is for the New Plymouth MA. location. Exceptional customer service, I am always greeted by one of the store associate when entering the store. Someone is always there to assist me. The owner order an item that wasn’t present in the store at the time I was shopping. I received it quickly. Prices are much better than most pet stores. Large variety of items. One stop shop for my puppy. :)
