I asked to reschedule but the clinician…
I asked to reschedule but the clinician ended up calling me. We had the appointment then no letter. She ignored all of my messages until I rescheduled. I not only paid for the reschedule but when I reached out to customer support they refused to use my evidence of the call. I spend more money and waited longer than was agreed on.

Waste of Time
I felt embarrassed about sharing and opening up to my consultant, who deemed me ineligible to qualify for an ESA for my animals. It was frustrating to speak on emotions and trauma to this person, only for them to say that I need to specifically get a doctor to diagnose me with my mental health issues, for EACH dog that I wanted to register under ESA. I wish that this company disclosed that before even allowing me to pay for the service (although they do provide money back, it is just a waste of time,) that in order to even qualify for ESA you have to already have a doctors note or whatever saying you have these illnesses and should qualify for an ESA. Very disappointing, and a terrible experience for me.

No concern for privacy
I am a returning customer with Pettable for an ESA letter. The first letter was protective of my information and gave the basic details my apartment complex needed. The renewal gave specific symptomatic detail. When I asked for this to be adjusted, I was denied even though the initial letter stated these details were not to be shared without my permission which the second provider did not have.
Good service to use if you’re in a pinch, but if you have the option to go to a different provider, I would.
