Very helpful with my urgency
Pettable is a quick, easy to use platform that was able to connect me with a provider for my babies to be registered in WA state. When I missed my appointment due to an issue with my phone shutting off (leading me to purchase a new device), I was able to message both the provider and Pettable support regarding the issue and the new urgency that missing my appointment caused my timeline for my apartment application. Pettable support was able to help get me scheduled with a new provider with a 24hr turnaround to help me with my situation. The provider handling my appt was very helpful by making me feel understood and listened to as I discussed my situation and experiences for my ESA. I was comfortable and felt at ease during my process and im sure other people will also. Will recommend to my family or friends in need of ESA support through Pettable.

I'm so upset with Pettable
I'm so upset with Pettable, the therapist never called me for my scheduled time. So I immediately contacted pettable and they told me to reschedule. I went to reschedule and it had a fee to do that. I wasn't the one that missed the appointment and I already paid the $149 I don't have a lot of money so it hurt my pockets but I need the letter desperately. This site was recommended too me and I completely regret it

I had a very disappointing experience
I had a very disappointing experience. My ESA letter was significantly delayed, and the communication throughout the process was poor. I requested to reschedule my appointment, but the clinician called me anyway, and we completed the consultation. Despite this, I never received my letter afterward.
The clinician ignored my messages until I booked another appointment, which meant I had to pay additional fees just to continue the process. When I contacted customer support, they refused to consider the evidence I provided showing that the original consultation had taken place.
To make matters worse, the ESA letters I eventually received were incomplete and did not include all of the necessary information. This caused further delays, additional stress, and more time spent trying to get the documentation corrected.
