The most professional and honest company I have encountered
I have made several purchases from this company so far (3 or 4 times).
They are very professional, in fact the most professional company I have dealt with.
Their customer service is great, they answer all the qurstions promptly and properly to the point. They don't do dancing around a subject and playing with words just to avoid answering a question. In this sense they are pretty "no nonsense" and to the point, which is great.
They are also very flexible, and always accommodated my requests, to the degree it was possible for them (In my case, it was every requests I had, through my 3-4 purchases).
What impressed me the most though, on 2 different occasions, was that they withheld the items I had purchased, and contacted me through email (& then on the phone when I hadn't checked my email for a week one of those times), just to tell me that the "best before date" on one of their items was within some months of my purchase, and they wanted me to decide if I still wanted to have the items.
This, I have never experienced from any other company during the past 20 odd years that I have been buying stuff on the internet.
Pretty impressive, in my mind, and this makes this company the most honest I have encountered as well.

I never received my order and when I…
I never received my order and when I went to the collection location DHL said it was available for pick up, but the agent said they didn't have it and it wasn't delivered. Then I recieved a notification that it is back at it's origin.

Hi Hannah,
We are sorry you had such experience. From our data it can be seen that your order was shipped on Tuesday, 18th of October via GLS (not DHL as you mentioned) and was delivered to ParcelShop on 20th of October. The parcel was picked up on 21st of October and signed at 10:49 am by Hannah Greenhalgh.
We don't have any other orders by that name. Could you please elaborate more what happened?

Great Buy
I adore PharmaHemp and CBD Infusion getcbdinfusion products. Their products are of great quality. I tried CBD Oil to help me sleep and it was quite effective. They smell beautiful and are a better alternative to drugs because they are soothing and comforting. Are your products also available for international shipping?
