I could not rate this agency any higher they are amazing. We live in Australia and have been trying to sell our house in Swanland for a number of years. This year we went with Philip Bannister and wow - so impressed. The communication was awesome considering the time difference and it was never a problem for Ian to call us and give us regular update. He would call and give feedback on every viewing that took place and in the end found two buyers. Many thanks to this agency - job well done

Superb service! We sold our house through Bannister’s and knew from day 1 we made the right decision. Alex was dealing with our property and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Always answering our queries swiftly and always made time to update us on any progress, which was really impressive as it was an extremely busy period. Excellent. Selling your home can be a very stressful time but from the valuation right through to the end on move day. We could not have had more support from Charlotte, we even had support with the buying of our new property. We were kept up to date at every step of the process and given excellent advice. The wonderful team at Elloughton, Ian, Mattew, Alex and Charlotte helped me and my parents navigate a house move in circumstances that could have been quite stressful. The proffessionalism, helpfulness and genuine friendliness and care have been appreciated so much. My father suffers with dementia and Bannisters went out of their way to ensure that things went as smoothly as possible. The Coronavirus Pandemic meant that the move had to be delayed twice but Ian kept in touch, and his ever-cheerful attitude helped us remain positive. I thoroghly recommend Philip Banister Estate Agents and I will definetly use them again.
