Hi we are sorry you are not happy with our service. We have looked into your order and found it was dispatched on the 3rd October and an email was sent to you on the same day at 11.35 Unfortunately your country does not support out tracked delivery service therefore we sent through standard International delivery service. It should have arrived by now. If it has not it may have got lost in transit. We will offer you a full refund.
