I spoke with two Phonely agents and our fibre provider as we worked through a fault on our Phonely device (it wouldn't accept calls). Both Phonely agents were super helpful and knowledgeable and Laura dived down into the admin details to fix the fault in the end. Excellent service level, nice people to deal with and based in Lowestoft, UK too! Thoroughly recommended.

I currently have BT phone and broadband as well as 5G internet as BT speed is pathetic. Took the decision to try Phonely but wanted to test Phonely sysytem before transferring my home phone number. System works great so I had online chat with Abbey to find out how to port number. Abbey sent through online porting form and everything has been completed. Superb service.

Needed a bit of advice on a minor issue, used the chat function and was connected to Laura whom had me sorted in no time at all. Used this first rate chat before and have always had my issue resolved in minutes.

Katie was very helpful indeed and I give four stars only because we were unable to resolve the problem, but this was certainly not her fault.
Have only been connected for a few hours, had a problem with the landline connection and answer machine . Spoke to Ali who went through things with us, reset things and all sorted out swiftly.
Makes a very plesant change to call a company and to get English speaking staff who are not only pleasant but are willing to help and help sort things for you, this is a big bonus, also makes so much difference,
I had a technical problem with my phone. However, after a couple of phone conversations with Laura she had it fixed remotely using my PC. She was super helpful and I'm very impressed with Phonely's customer service.

Told them I was moving to Thailand
They said it would work there as it was internet based
It never worked apart from the App

Absolutely brilliant phone company.
Signed up for my mum but unfortunately due to the set up she has at the property with her wifi we were unable to keep it. However with all the queries and attempts to make it work every single staff member was so helpful and patient giving advice and tips on things we could try. So dissapointed my mum couldn't stay with them because I know she wouldve been well looked after by them, but I just had to give them a review. Literally one of the best companies I have dealt with in a very very long time.

Had a tech issue which involved using my laptop, all super easy with Katie, she was very helpful and patient. She fixed the issue so my great aunt had her phone over the weekend.

I had occasion to call the support line with an unexpected problem arising from a refund. This was handled politely and competently by Laura. It was challenging because it was a debit/credit based issue which proved to be resulting from a questionable practice by the bank. Thus it was that phonely were proved blameless and their responses were patient and rational throughout. Well done support team.
After my previous service provider Phonely is a breath of fresh air. They are easy to contact and the whole team is friendly and approachable and they go out of their way to help and solve any problems. How they can provide such a good service at such a low price I cannot imagine.

Very good price and easy to convert my phoneline to VOIP using their adapter. I have Airband internet which works great with Phonely and can use my old handsets too. First query I had was fixed straight away by Laura over Livechat.
