Ordered 6 iPhone 11s from Phones Direct for basic business use, just needed for install teams to take photos, nothing complicated.

First week passed with no delivery, no updates, and no communication at all. I had to chase them myself just to find out what was happening. On the first call, I was told they were “looking into it.” After hearing nothing again, I called back two days later only to be told they couldn’t fulfil the order because the billing address was in Leeds and the delivery address was in Wakefield.

I can accept mistakes, but giving customers what feels like made-up excuses after days of silence is incredibly frustrating. If I hadn’t kept calling for updates, I genuinely wonder if they would have contacted me at all.

Their solution was simply to refund the order and tell me it would take 3–5 working days.

Very poor communication throughout and a frustrating experience overall. Be very careful when ordering from this company.

Good phones, good price but were not delivered speedily - I had to email to ask where they were before they were then despatched

First class service. Phones as stated. Well packed and arrived on time.

It was very bad experience for me. I ordered the phone they just waste my time and at the end they say they don’t have stock. After that, I contacted them many times then they refunded my money. I’m totally dissatisfied.

Took my money for a phone then a week later told me it’s out of stock and I will get refund in 3-5 days over a week later still nothing ignoring my emails use back market instead

I will continue to leave bad reviews of this company until they are able to rectify issues and fulfil on claims they keep making. I have finally managed to make contact with them however am being consistently LIED to so it seems about them shipping my order and consistently FAILING. DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY unless you want to be chasing. I have been left without a phone, unable to work until I have one and we are now 4 days after the phone was meant to arrive with the constant excuse of UNEXPECTED (go figure as its been unexpected since thursday so surely this is EXPECTED by now and I have asked twice for my order to be cancelled.

I bought an iPhone 14 Pro from Phone Direct and I’m really happy with the quality and price. Everything was exactly as described and the phone works perfectly. Great customer service too. I’ll definitely buy from them again in the future. Highly recommended!.
