No volume
The phone arrived and looked good as new. I loaded all my apps and so on and set up with e-sim only to then find the volume on the phone does not work. A replacement phone is being sent out asap which is very good but the faulty phone has to be returned first making switching phone content awkward and leaves me phone less.

My first time using Phones Direct but will
absolutely not be my last. I ordered an iPhone 15 in “good” condition on Monday evening and it arrived today (Wednesday) lunchtime. To say I’d chosen “good”, the phone is almost pristine with just one VERY faint mark on the screen which can’t be seen when the phone is on. I didn’t opt for a new battery but the phone was delivered with 89% battery health which is well within the parameters of an almost 3 year old iPhone. I’m over the moon with my purchase and will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend to friends and family wanting to reduce their carbon footprint and e-waste by opting for a pre-loved device.
