Ordered next day delivery. Has taken nearly a week and still not arrived. Kept being told next and next day and next day from guy on the phone. Got told that the model i ordered wasn’t in stock when it said it was on the website so I’ve basically been waiting for them to find one. Crap provider. AVOID

Good service, dpd delivery option highly benefited for 1-2 day delivery. Ordered an iPhone 14 Pro, screen was authentic and the phone is clean and amazingly functional. My only gripe was the slight scratches and the 81% battery health which I got replaced, but other than that, great service!

DO NOT trust this company. Sell you absolutely bodged phones, then when they break within the 12 month warranty use every way possible to dodge repairing the phone. Absolute scam artists! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Very positive experince with a small hiccup along the way!
I ordered a phone on a Thursday evening, by Saturday it had arrived. After a week of using it i noticed an issue with the keyboard/screen. I contacted customer services who responded very quickly asking me to return the phone and it would be sorted/replacement sent. The faulty phone left my address on Wednesday afternoon and by Saturday afternoon I'd received a replacement. No issues on this one!
Excellent customer service and will definitley return in the future!

Phone was good but Delivery was not as fast as expected.
Purchase was easy but I was disappointed that delivery was not next day as advertised. Next day delivery was one of the main reasons for the purchase from PhonesDirect over other sellers!
