This is a scam I payed for a phone in December and still waiting for a refund or phone ! I’ve used the contact form and they have promised and now there not replaying to email. So it looks like a case for tradings standards !!!! Do not use the company

Product looks - Perfect and a 10/10
Customer service - Excellent and they responded to my questions in 1day or less

Easy and clear policies which i made sure to read before making my purchase from them. Legit store and my recommended place to buy mobile phones.

Everything is ok, delivery time is great. I wasn’t so sure what to expect based on others but looking at the recent comments or review from others suggest i made my purchase for a galaxy tab s9 fe in grey color and i am satisfied with the process. Making a second purchase and i will provide more updates if i need to do so.

What ever you do, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I ordered a Samsung tablet off of their website which never got delivered, after contact them for months and not receiving anything I decided to cancel my order and ask for a refund. They kept promising me the refund was on its way which wasn't true, so again, after a month I decided to submit a dispute through my bank and finally, after waiting for another month... My bank got my money back for me...

Please, don't order anything cause they won't send it or give you your refund. They will keep emailing fake promises to eventually stop replying to any of your emails.

Ordered a Nintendo Switch Animal Crossing edition months ago after reading general good reviews. Was sent an email with an apology that there was a delay, and the Switch would be delivered in 7-8 days, or alternatively I could have a refund. I still wanted the product, and was assured it would be here before Christmas. I then recieved an email saying I had been refunded, and to wait 14-21 days to see it in my bank. When I queried this I was told that they automatically refund a product if it isn't sent within 14 days. I expressed that I still wanted the product and they told me it will be top priority. Weeks went past with no response to emails, a dodgy number that goes to an American voicemail. I finally got a response one day from a man, who told me rest assured he would sort this. Again its been over a week and I'm not getting responses. Currently waiting on a reply about a full refund but don't have much hope due to their lack of communication. My daughter missed her main Christmas present, and it's not looking likely it will be here for her birthday in February. Furious.

I ordered a phone and paid, first i heard was when I recieved an invoice from customs asking for a release fee..
I paid this with an agreement from Phonesrefurb to refund me..
Phone arrived and it was NOT the phone I ordered.
I corresponded with customer services who agreed they would replace it.
But after 6 weeks communication stopped.
I completed a negative review on their site, they responded asking me to email customer services again.
I did this and still no reply.
They then turned off the ability to reply in their reviews section.
I am out of pocket, have the wrong phone and no longer getting any responses from customer services.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered an xbox. Waited 6 weeks for it to turn up after countless promises , when it did it was in a smashed up box. The controller didn't work, so they offered me a £100 refund which I still haven't got and now the xbox doesn't work properly. Ive contacted them for a full refund but they don't want to reply to me. Avoid like the plague.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Waited a month for delivery when finally arrived it was a totally different product. They said they would look into it, they have failed. Ordered 11september still still waiting, if there was a star option of -10 that would still be to good for this shambles.

Order #42918 Not received. Got an email with my invoice showing it was fully paid and a copy of the delivery note too. Since then...nothing! Have sent a request for an update so I can track my order but don't have a UN or login so can't. I tried to call them on the contact number 0207 193 9039 but it seems like its calling a personal number with a standard recorded answer phone message. I will happily revise my review if my product arrives.

Sneaky company!!!

They reply to emails before you purchase, but after purchase they don't reply!!! Asked for updates on my product and no reply ! Its been over 2 days now.

Don´t buy here! This is not a serious company! I had a refurbed smartphone in my cart, after I payed I got the message that I bought a Nintendo switch (I don´t know how this could happen, but it´s true and I never was looking for a Nintendo switch...). I immediatly contacted Phonesrefurb and they wrote me they would exchange. But they didn´t. Four weeks later I got a big parcel and I wanted to return it right away. Until now I contacted their "support" several times to get their consent for sending back the parcel unopened according to their policy, but they claim that I did a mistake and then they haven´t answered anymore. It´s like a nightmare: You just want to give back something you have not ordered to get your money back but they are refusing. Really bad customer handling...

Dear Trustpilot Integrity Team,

Thank you for your assessment of this Phonesrefurb scam. I already uploaded my documentation in late 2024, but as I see now, it was not reviewed by Trustpilot staff. It is absurd that PhonesRefurb continues to flag genuine reviews from real consumers as "harmful or fake" while Trustpilot fails to analyze the sequence of events properly. Do the reviews on Trustpilot only appear acceptable once the negative and truthful ones are removed? This is not right!

I am resending the documentation, including my email correspondence with PhonesRefurb and the criminal report from the police in Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. My bank successfully recovered 1,102.97 Euros from Dubai—where PhonesRefurb holds a bank account—due to the legal report I filed in late 2024. This issue should be escalated to the cyber police.

vielen Dank für Ihre E-Mail! PhonesRefurb ist ein Unternehmen mit Sitz in London und einem Bankkonto in Dubai, das ich am 22. Oktober bei einer Polizeidienststelle in Baden-Württemberg gemeldet habe. Die Polizei hat die E-Mail-Korrespondenz von PhonesRefurb und meine Kontoauszüge überprüft, und eine Strafanzeige wurde von einer Beamtin aufgenommen.

Ich bin von PhonesRefurb betrogen worden: Mir wurden 1.102 Euro über meine Visa-Karte abgebucht. Das Unternehmen behauptet nun fälschlicherweise, dass ich die gekauften Produkte nicht zurückgesendet hätte (?!). Diese Darstellung entspricht nicht der Wahrheit, da in der E-Mail-Korrespondenz von PhonesRefurb bestätigt wurde, dass das bestellte Produkt nach etwa 30 Minuten storniert wurde und mir entsprechend gesichert wurde, dass ich meinen Betrag in 7-14 oder 21 Werktagen zurückerstattet bekommen würde.

Ich hoffe, dass, wenn viele betrogene Konsumenten das Unternehmen melden, die Cyber-Polizei sie letztendlich festnehmen kann.

My bank recovered an amount of 1,102 Euro on October 18th from a London-based PhonesRefurb bank account in Dubai. However, on October 22, PhonesRefurb took the money back, sending it again to Dubai. As a result, I filed a report with the police in Germany. PhonesRefurb is now making false accusations, claiming that "I haven't returned their item." My purchase was immediately canceled on September 4th, just a few minutes after I realized there were inconsistencies in reviews from other customers. The cancellation was confirmed by a PhonesRefurb representative named "M..ya". Since then, they have repeatedly told me, that the refund would be processed within 7-14-21 Business Days. 2 months have passed, and I still haven't received my refund.

What’s more urgent is that PhonesRefurb excessively references their policies (gaslighting with semantics) but fails to follow them. On top of that, they steal money from consumers and lie! As I mentioned, I took legal action regarding this criminal matter, and with the support of my German bank, along with the legal police report, I hope to recover my stolen money soon.

I did recover my money through the police report in late 2024. i hope that this company faces legal consequences cause this is scaming money from consumers.

After two weeks the iphone 11 pro max was not working anymore. An employee of an Apple Store has recognised that some non-original Apple parts have been installed, so that it is not possible to restore the mobile phone.
I have been waiting now for a week for a return label to get a replacement device under warranty. Since then I have not been able to contact anyone and there has been no response to my enquiry.
In my opinion, this is a dubious company that sells junk and does not deal with complaints. So be carefull!

I ordered this phone 31. July 2024. Many emails later i got it delivered 23. August 2024. Wrote an email to customer service 28. August an always they wrote that the crew will look over it to solve the problem. The problem is not solved until this day (28. October 2024) Today i was in an Smartphone Repair Shop. They told me that the Display was changed and this will be the problem why my phone doesn´t work properly because it was not an original display from Google. They told me that it will cost about 250 Euro + costs for change. There is dust under the front camera. The proximity sensor doesn´t word properly. The always on display shuts down few seconds later. Phonecalls are difficult to do because the screen turns black. I want a refund of this phone or if you offer me the money to change the display i will also agree. Maybe a Pixel 9 pro XL is also possible for exchange. Just do something. I am not happy with this situation. P.s. the phone was shipped vom Dubai.

They owe me a ps5 never shipped it never re imbursed the money what a bunch of awful human beings. They’ve insisted on not repaying my over 400 pounds.

Terrible company and terrible customer service.
I ordered and paid for 2x I Phone 256gig, 100% battery pristine condition phones, and didn’t receive what I bought on their website.

I requested a full refund within 14 days of receiving 2x I phone 15 plus for the following reasons -
1. The shipping of the phones was supposed to be delivered between 1-5 October 24. It was late and was delivered on 11 Oct 2024. i bought the phones on Phones Refurb UK website. My credit card showed Phones Refurb Dubai debited my account and shipping no. Then showed the phones were being shipped from Dubai and not UK. Felt like a scam.
2. The colour of the phones I ordered was pink. I received 1x green phone in an apple box and 1x black phone in a cardboard box (no apple box provided).
3. The most important reason is that both phones have 128gig storage and I ordered and paid extra for 2x Iphone 15 plus with 256 gig storage. This is not enough storage capacity for myself and my husband, and this was the main reason why I upgraded my existing phones with your company.
4. The second important reason is that I paid extra for 100% pristine condition phones with 100% battery capacity. One phone is at 92% and the other at 98%.
5. You cannot get hold of Phones Refurb UK business no. 02071939039. It goes straight to voice mail. Google maps shows their offices, but with no business signage.

Nobody has resolved the incorrect phones I received. I was offered £100 compensation for the above, but no full refund. Am waiting for this to reflect in my credit card.

The above reasons, are why I have received poor customer service from Phones Refurb UK and have not received the correct products I purchased from their Phones Refurb UK website.

I am impressed and happy with the customer service response along with the product. It's been 1week of using a iPhone 12 pro max I bought and it is working as expected, battery health is 98%, no drop in battery usage. There is no complain on my side.

I bought a phone that never arrived and have had a lot of false promises but no refund. Have tried email phone and messaging and replies just say you'll get it soon but this company I must say is a scam. I answered their reply on this site and guess what . No reply.

Ordered Samsung tab ultra s9 nearly a month ago. Still not received. Company has promised many times it will be delivered. Was ordered on Sep 28, now Oct 22. Supposedly sent out for delivery on Oct 15. Love to post the picture of the delivery page...but can't. Please send me my product. Thanks, Oli

Quick Update - still not received the package - despite Phonesrefurb saying its en route in the reply.

Update: Order made on Sep 27, delivered on Nov 4 (40 days). I was on holiday - so didn't receive until two weeks later. Finally receive tablet. In good condition. One major problem. It's Chinese. So pretty much unusable. Have been emailing the company for the past week. One response - requesting time to respond - but then not responding.

Total farce.

I placed an order for a refurbished OnePlus 10 Pro in white (12GB RAM, 512GB storage) on July 26, 2024, for 440.12€. The phone was supposed to arrive between July 29 and August 6, but I didn’t receive it until August 19—well beyond the promised delivery window.

On top of the delay, I was charged unexpected customs fees of 28.5€. When I finally received the package, while I did get a OnePlus 10 Pro with 12GB RAM, it was the wrong color (black) and had only 256GB of storage, not the 512GB I had paid for. This model is priced at 326.43€, far less than what Ipaid.

Before writing my initial review, I contacted customer service and informed them that if they didn’t resolve my issue, I would write a review. Their response was that I was “free to write a review.” However, after posting my review, they promised compensation but later informed me that I would only receive it if I removed the review. This feels like blatant blackmail, as they are prioritizing controlling reviews over actually solving the problem.
I strongly advise caution before making any purchases from this platform. Their handling of issues and customer service has been highly unprofessional and disappointing.
