Very unhappy with the statues I…
Very unhappy with the statues I ordered. Ears, hair and hands were cut off the statues and when I contacted them about it, was told to ship my items back. What are they going to do with statues of my kids? Will not do business with them again.

I am very sorry to hear that you were disappointed in your statuettes. With certain images and certain angles, the outline of an image can get fairly close. The hands, however, shouldn't have been cut off in the manufacturing process unless they were not pictured in the image sent to us, in which case we are unable to add anything to an image. If you would like for us to redo them for you, it is an easy process that we can get underway if you send us an email with an image of the problem areas, simply so that we can understand where the issue was and where it needs to be improved. If that is something you are not interested in, we can issue a full refund to you, if that has not been done already. Again, we are sorry to hear of your displeasure with our services, we hope that you will allow us to make this right for you.

Disappointed
This was my review and I did receive an answer telling me to reply or call you; however, there is absolutely no way to reply or call. Exactly how would I be able to respond? Very frustrating!
The facial features in my picture were too dark. It was not nearly as clear as the original picture that I had sent as an attachment. Also, the slick white backing did not look good; black would have been a much better choice, so I painted the back and edges black and it looked much better, except that the facial features were still too dark.

We typically try to brighten images about 20% for this reason, because shadows on an image can cause the subject of the photo to appear darker once the background has been cut away. Also, it sounds like you would have preferred the Silhouette Statuette that we offer. If you would like to send us an email or give us a call, we would love to make this right by redoing your order and making the image brighter and making it a Silhouette Statuette. Please give us a call or an email so that we can make a PhotoStatuette that you will love! :)

Less than happy - I'm not impressed.
I ordered 4" photo statuettes for Christmas 2017. They arrived on time, but were less than 2"! The entire item was about 2" x 1.5" - they simply made them wrong. The company re-did them at the correct size, but the color was NOT consistent with the photo. The finished product was darker and was not a good replication of the photo.
