Not happy
Not happy. My files were slightly underexposed ( I'm a pro, it's what we do).
Statuettes were way too dark and poor resolution. This may be ok for the masses but you can't expect anyone looking for quality to accept this level of craftsmanship.

I did take a look at your photos from your order last year and compared them to some of our bigger photographers' images, and the photos that you uploaded are definitely darker than theirs, so we just reproduced what you sent to us. Our printers are high-quality, high resolution and do an amazing job. If you would have contacted us, we certainly would have tried to either remake your order and brighten your images or just give you a full refund. A double sided special birthday statuette.
I learned about your product from my daughter who had ordered several statuettes and other photo items as table toppers for my granddaughter's college graduation party. Everyone was delighted by them. Consequently, I ordered a very special statuette as a gift for a WW2 veteran's 90th BD from a photo that I created of him combined with an iconic statue in Photoshop. The results were truly memorable and the hit of the party. Your service and product were excellent.
